Overall, a great stay!

The breakfast was so good - such a variety to choose from. Facilities clean and bright. A really good stay!

Since the hotel is somewhat distance out of town, no good eating within a few moments. It would help to have a list with locations at the desk for those who ask.

I have a crawling baby and I couldn’t put her on the floor. There was dried pieces of old food on the floor. The sheet

The only thing decent is the price.

Location is way too far out of town. The room was not vacuumed or cleaned. The side door has some contraption cemented into the sidewalk, which is a hazard for guests- especially elderly.

Passable

Waffle maker not working, and put of items at breakfast. Staff was working hard but as with my business there were not enough to keep up.

Our room, 109 smelled of cigarette smokers having stayed there, and the smoke detector battery was low and beeping. I had to disconnect at 11 pm as front deck staff did not have replacement. I had to take down smoke detector and give it to the desk clerk.

Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, but bit overbearing. Best beds ever! Nice to have 2 queens not full sized and still have plenty of room to maneuver. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve had in years and breakfast was amazing. Huge value for the price. I’ve stayed in approximately 50 hotels in the last 10 years and this was absolutely in my top 3. Considering it’s a 2-star hotel, We we’re beyond pleased.

Location wasn’t ideal. But it was a short drive to most places. Looked a little uninviting from the outside. Nothing wrong at all, just did not expect the high level of stay that we had.

I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

It was so very quiet and very clean. Saw how the cleaning girl was cleaning the rooms and she did an excellent job!! There was a very nice selections of food for breakfast, very neat, and a excellent dining area, had a big TV, 2 lounge chairs and a big round table, very homey feeling. Coffee was already at 6:00 a.m.

Couple of the front desk personal, didn’t smile, and made you feel welcome. The gentleman did an excellent job. There was a rug inside the entrance door and the edge was rolled up. Looked like if you didn’t see it, a person could trip on it.

Quality Inn in Minot North Dakota we be seeing me again

The food was great. The food area was super clean. The food that was spose to be hot was hot. Good food no complaints about the food or serving area

There was no complaints. Was pleased with everything at this location. Now the quality inn in Klammath Falls Or is Another story. I won't be staying at quality inn in Klammath Falls any more.

Please do not book here.

Absolutely nothing. The staff was extremely rude when trying to get help about mold in our room, refused a refund and even refused to exchange our rooms at the very least.

The staff, the manager left because she had “dinner plans”, so she couldn’t talk to us about at least exchanging our rooms. There was mold in our room, smelt like mold and cigarette smoke, and looked like someone peed on the shower curtain.
