I liked the property, very clean and spacious. Food pricing was a bit high but being a resort type it is to be expected. Otherwise worth every penny minus the bad road going to it.

Not bad but also not wow. We extended our stay from 1 night to 2 nights. During our stay there was no room service. The bed for two is very small. But other than the hotel nothing to complain and the hotel was cute but very minimal

Comfort in Bengalow is simple but it's enough for sleeping. Huge pool in which you can really swim. That pool includes also a huge jacuzzi. Location is not so far from Puerto Princesa center. So many trycicles at disposal.

See my email complaining about this hotel. Still waiting answer from Expedia regarding devolution of fees paid. I paid 12 nights but used only two hours

My room was clean as it could be but in need of repair and had a mouldy odour. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location reasonable as could walk to good restaurants, groceries and atms. There was a restaurant onsite however I did not eat there. Value for money.

Our main complaint about this hotel is the unprofessional service in relation to a tour we booked through them. We booked the tour to see the underground caves. We were in the lobby at 6:45 a.m. The driver drove like a mad man for about 1.5 hours through curvy roads. It was a miserable ride. We get there and the place is packed. Our group was #57 in line for a boat. Within about an hour of waiting on the dock many of the boats were coming back in because of rough seas, and the majority of the captains were refusing to go back out. At this point, we just wanted to go back to our hotel. The guide kept saying to wait, because we might get on a boat. If the captains are saying the sea is dangerous, I don't want to get on a boat! We spent the entire day sitting on a hot, uncomfortable dock and never got on a boat to do the tour. Then an ambulance pulls up and is putting an injured lady on a stretcher. We found out one of the boats capsized! The guide tells us at 1:30 there's no chance of getting on a boat, and we could eat lunch now. Many tourists were angry, not hungry, and just wanted to leave. We didn't eat and got back on the uncomfortable shuttle. We got to Blue Lagoon about 4:00 p.m. We were expecting a full refund. We got a partial refund, but still had to pay the driver and guide. We were furious! If they would have told us that morning that the seas were rough and we might not get on a boat, we wouldn't have wasted our only day in Puerto Princesa on a horrible "tour."

Good hotel if you just need to chill out. Wifi was good to have in room, if you stayed close to the office!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Cheap airport shuttle!! Close to a lot of food places!! Pool was nice too! Thank you!

We stayed at the blue lagoon in Puerto princessa for 3 nights before heading to port Barton and el nido. It is situated just off the main street for bars and restaurants. Do not let the approach to the hotel down the dirt road put you off! The rooms were all very clean and the air con worked well. We were asked every day if we would like our room cleaned. All staff were very friendly and polite. All drinks, food and trip are charged to the room but are all affordable. The restaurant does decent food too. The only downside the the very limited space around the pool, there was 6 of us but we made it work.

They overbooked the standard room and put me in a dormitory instead. I was forced to accept it as there is no other room left. I requested them to refund me the price difference in for the 2 rooms. They refused and only agree to give me a free breakfast. They said there is free shutter to the airport, but that only starts at 8 am. I had to go to the airport early, they asked me to pay the tricycle myself. There was a lot of argument, but they finally paid for it. The wi-fi there is equal to nothing.There are a lot of connection shows up, but none of them are connectable. I will not choose the hotel again if there is the next time.

Blue Lagoon never disappoints. Great service and staff. Its close to the airport and the pool is great. Theyve always been very welcoming to guests that visit to use the pool and restaurant, which is great if you need a place to entertain friends or family. We stayed here for 5 nights, all of the staff were so kind and friendly & all of the restaurants that they recommended were excellent. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and all of the staff that you come into contact with are great. We did the Underground river tour & the Island hopping which were both great. I would highly recommend staying here.

No difference in size between a full bed and a double bed ... pay extra and you get the same bed but with a few more square feet of space in room. Very close to Bureau of Immigration if you need to renew your tourist visa, however.

We stayed for 8 days at Blue Lagoon on our vacation. They are very friendly and professional staff. They have a great Chef Eric to keep up quality and tasty food. Both Filipino & American dishes. It is very well kept & clean. The staff help celebrate my birthday.
