Place is accessible and the staff is helpful it’s just the noise you can hear other people’s talking outside of the room and the banging from upstairs. The safe box is not working.

Rooms were not so sound-proof because you can hear the conversation from adjacent room and corridor. However, the ambiance of the room is good and staff were friendly.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. pool is nice. Staff super nice and friendly. We are repeat customers and will definitely stay again. It's close to the main road, easy to get rides and walking distance to food, bank, atm.

They were prepared to meet us at the airport and the rooms are ready. They cooked our vegetarian breakfast every morning we were there. Helped us with car parking when we go out and come back to the hotel.

The staff is amazing ! You can book tour directly at the hotel and they take care of everything for you for the same price you would pay elsewhere . So many tricycle right in the parking lot if you need a ride somewhere . Pharmacy , supermarket , restaurant , mall , everything is close by ! But the service is just ridiculous . Booked for one night and ended up staying for 6 !

Great clean rooms in the newer building. Enjoyed our stay and area was safe all around and close to transportation and airport. Only complaint is that the breafast buffet was exactly the same everyday and looked like they have nothing to replenish once they ran out of milk or eggs, or fruit. All I could say was , I did not look forward to breakfast as it was boring and not tasty at all.

You get what you pay for. Good if youre only going to use the hotel to sleep. Bed is comfortable. Better than expected. Breakfast was so so. Location is 5 mins away from airport.

Room was clean and spacious with very comfy bed. Location is quite central. I didn't get to use their swimming pool but it did look alright. I'd be happy to stay here again in the future!

Rooms are adequate and it even has a working fridge with two mineral waters free each day. Breakfast buffet has very little choices but its easy to find other restaurants outside of the hotel. My toilet sink leaks so they upgraded me to a bigger suite, free of charge. I will certainly go back to this hotel whenever Im in Palawan.

The hotel is what you expect for the price. The only problem is when you book a room with a king size bed you may get 2 single beds pushed together. Not what you paid for. My advice is to stay somewhere else that way the hotel will understand that people read the reviews and base their decisions on that.

The hotel is what you expect for the price. The only problem is when you book a room with a king size bed you may get 2 single beds pushed together. Nice staffs and hotel location. However, room floor was dirty upon check in and floor mat for drying were not provided in bathroom. Nevertheless, overall experience was okay especially if not for courteous staffs who patiently attended to our needs and in the assistance of our tours. Will still recommend.

Had probably the best room me and partner had ever been to. Staff were absolutely friendly and welcoming. Very thing was spot on. It is also in a very good location around the city. Breakfast had less options but tasted good. Overall, I'd rate it excellent and would definitely recommend it.

Door of room jammed, cleaning of rooms not of high quality, extra things (such as extra pillow) at a charge. There were two good things, the staff were nice and the wife was excellent. However the price is moderate so one should take this into consideration.

I like most of their staff, they are nice, polite and friendly. They always greet you with a smile and open the front door. However their house keeping is the worst . I never stayed in a hotel where the towels weren't changed for 3 days and linens not at all. I even complained several times and didn't get the response until I got furious. The breakfast is mediocre, not a rice fan though. The restaurant doesn't suit western taste.
