The room smelled,especially the bathroom. Requested another room and the owner insisted that we leave. He directed us to leave and find another hotel. The wi fi service did not work so i could not use the hotel ap. I was left to wander the town with my luggage searching for an internet connection. Finally 4 hours later i managed to book a wonderful hotel for a lot less money. He actually did us a favor.

The bed was Comfortable, although there was no room darkening shades, so it was pretty bright in the morning They had a nice kitchen, but we did not use it. The counters we had to clean off, as it felt like there was crumbs, etc., on them. All in all for the price, it was a decent place to stay

It was so great staying there But early in the morning, one Night there was a party above our room. It seems there should be someone there too ask them to be quiet, except for that. It was great.

The ambiance of the facility was really cool. What was not okay was being woken up at 6am because we were on the first floor and the people above us were very loud at 6am which we heard very clearly. Then at 7am there was a guy using a leaf blower on the property, and there were no leaves in sight so no idea as to the purpose of that inconvenience. This was a really cool place and I’d love to come again, there was a really nice vibe here, I’d just like to be able to sleep in for the price of the room.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Cute courtyard area and pool. Rooms could be entered from the courtyard side or parking lot side. Doors are accessed with a code which was handy for a family of 4.

The property is clean and ok. It has a small size pool and a good bar. The only issue has been about the room we booked. Expedia advertised it as “sleeps 3” and that was the only reason why we booked it because we wanted our twenty five year old daughter to sleep on the sofa. They had a love seat and not a sofa large enough that a twenty five year old can sleep on. They said it is Expedia’s issue but gave us an air mattress and sheet free of charge! I am not sure how Expedia can advertise a room that doesn’t exist on their behalf. Something was off.

Amazing hotel, great rooms, very clean. The front desk was so helpful and made great recommendations for beaches, sites and dinner for a sunset view. Highly recommend this place and will be back!!

We visited Montauk and Ken's Tipperary Inn in the late off season and had a very nice stay. It was only a one night getaway but our experience was good. The room was very clean and the staff helpful when my daughter left behind her iPad and purse. They quickly contacted me to let us know and shipped the items to our home.

Great place! Clean, modern rooms and nice staff. Good rates for the area. A good base of operation between the village of Montauk and the lighthouse. Will be back if I’m in the area again. Would love to experience the restaurant and pool (this time it was in the off season).
