The Conch House never disappoints. Always clean and the folks are awesome!

Phenomenal!!! Everyone was great!!

Had no idea what to expect but the room was updated and clean enough (the shower needed a scrub). Bed was comfortable. I didn’t notice any noise (even with the pool right outside our door). For the location, I was very pleased

The rooms are old and out dated for such a cool place to visit.Other than the rooms the restaurant and tiki bar outside area as good as it gets here in my home town of St Augustine

There's a great restaurant and bar located on-premise, though I wish they served breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and had just the right touches. The pool was just outside of our door and is for about 2/3 of the rooms. We both had a very relaxing and enjoyable 6-night stay!

A classic old Florida motel on the water. Convenient to the historic district and amphitheater. Feels like you are in the islands although still close to home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older so the bathrooms are small for two to share.

I have checked more than 500 times into a hotel and this is one of the few I will ever remember. I'm 51 so anyone in their 20's is a kid and he was incredible. Friendly, asked all the right questions and even mentioned a concert in town that we knew was sold out but told us how to get tickets if we wanted them. We are semi-locals to St.Augustine and when I told him where we would probably end up for dinner he offered to call his buddy at the restaurant who doesn't take reservations for us.
I know the Conch House, have been there for Sunday Funday but never stayed. I was shocked, truly surprised at how big, renovated and clean our room was.
We last minute head to St Augustine for the weekend 5 to 10 times a year. This was by far the best non downtown, last minute get a hotel for the weekend we have ever experienced.

Wonderful ambience and old FL feel. Very spacious and relaxed setting. Bathroom tub grout really needed cleaning in #18.

We never stayed at the resort...we booked a suite by the pool in the newer recently remodeled section through expedia...when we got there they said they did not have our original booked room they only had a room across the street in the older section...we took a tour of the room and it was dated and had a musky smell so they said there was nothing they could do but give us a refund so we took it and left. Even though i gave it a terrible rating for the entire staff I wanted to say that Bo was very apologetic and tried to be helpful.

This place was built in the 1940s and is amazing. It’s charming, laid back, very clean, but also don’t expect the Hilton the age is part of its charm. It’s an old Florida motel with amazing location with great food and drinks at the restaurant and bar.

Room had a kitchen but very little to no toilet paper, utensils, coffee cups, etc..
Did not realize that we only had 12 pieces of toilet paper until late at night. Had to wait until the next morning for the office to open to get a roll.
No knife and was told by stuff to go to the restaurant and ask them to cut what ever I needed cutting. Really!
Then there were the roaches. I don't need to say any thing else.

Nice Facility and very nice people

The bar, restaurant are all very nice but the room is vintage 1950's and not the nice 1950"s. The bed was hard to get out of because of age and the bathroom was antiquated. There was no hot or warm water for showers (it was 7:30 am). But if you want to drink and eats it good.

I stay here every year and really enjoy the place. The only issue I have is how dated some of the rooms are. But the restaurant, bar, and view make up for it.

Nice hotel. If you are looking to go to the restaurant with the same name on the same property, I was surprised to find they are two separate entities and do not work together.

What an awesome place to stay. The hotel is great. They gave us a poolside room and we thoroughly enjoyed the tiki, live music, and dinner at the restaurant as well. The check in process with Bo was great. He is a great person to see after traveling a distance and with a smile on his face makes you relaxed and stress free to start your stay. He is a great employee to great a person to your hotel.

On the water, walking to restaurant, tiki bar over water. Relaxing.

Our room was large and comfortable. Very clean. But the lamps had no light bulbs in them. Also, the wi-fi code was not provided to us. And there was no instructions in the rooms about check out times, fire escapes(if needed). There also was no instructions about the TV service or area amenities.

Room could have used a little spiffing up. Bedroom had an outlet with no cover on it. The wires were capped off but exposed. Tub was clean but had a lot of rust stains. Room was spacious.

Loved our stay!! The room, the food, the staff, was a wonderful time.

Great location. Nice restaurant and bar. The motel is tired. Leaking lavatory. Non working lights. Old tub. Water never really gets hot enough for showering.
8.0 / 10.0
It was quiet and clean.
4.0 / 10.0
The restaurant was good and the room would have been fine except for construction noise in the room next door starting at 8AM. Also the bed mattress felt like a fold out couch, and I was given a WIFI password for a network that couldn't be found. Very dissapointing stay.

This property is amazing.
8.0 / 10.0
It was a really quiet place and a beautiful setting. You did not have to leave the property and if you did it was not far to all the sites. The locks on the door need to be replaced and were very worn. Also the bed is very sharp o the corners so bare feet is a risk,
