This was a good place to stay for our purposes. The room was well-equipped, clean, and in a handy location for an appointment early the next morning.

We really like the location and the hotel. Our complaint comes in housekeeping again this time. The floor by our fridge was sticky(yuck). Also we used the laundry facilities and the machines could use a good cleaning, the whole room could use a cleaning and the front load washing machine especially needs a major cleaning.

Nice clean pls e at a decent price. Very pleasant front desk staff.

It was a nice stay. Our disappointment came with cleanliness in the room and hallway. The stove was dirty, there was garbage in the kitchen drawers, the corners on the bathroom floor were dirty and the hallway was never vacuumed the whole time we were there and there was crumbs and dirt very visable. A little more care by housekeepers would be appreciated as it is not cheap to stay anywhere these days and to have a clean place to say shouldnt be too much to ask.

Check in and check out were a breeze with wonderful people at the desk. They were very helpful. The beds were a bit soft for us, as we have very hard beds at home. We’re short and didn’t have to run and jump to get on the bed, so that was a plus.

Arrived to check in around 5:30pm and rooms were still dirty. We were told they were short staffed and many rooms were still not cleaned. The front desk clerk allowed us to drop our things in the room while he cleaned it himself.
We left for a few hours and the room was cleaner, but still really dirty. I saw the desk clerk change one bed, but we found a wrapped box of something someone left behind under the covers of the other bed.
There was no toilet paper, shampoo or body wash. And I don’t mean that it was low…I mean empty. There were wrappers, bottle caps & loose potato chips by the headboard and behind the night stand. The garbage lid was covered with some unknown brown liquid and there were short hairs everywhere in the bathroom. This all leads me to believe that the toilets weren’t cleaned, either. I had wipes with me and cleaned it all myself.
I reached out to the manager who explained that she was at a conference and apologized. She was going to get back to me but there was no follow up.
The staff that was there was doing their best and I have no complaints about the front desk. They were doing front desk AND housekeeping duties. (The evening clerk came up to change the other bed).
On a positive note, we did love Fargo!

Our room had an odor, the toilet didn’t flush without filing the tank manually with water, no hand soap in the bathroom and only hot water in the bathroom sink. The location was conveniently located and the staff were cordial.

Great place just needs to refill their soap dispensers

Nice place. This is a great area if you are staying in Fargo for one night or a few. I would like to see carpets replaced with plank or tile flooring.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Coffee was a little weak.

The cold water didn't work in the bathroom and the kitchen faucet was very loose. Television also was damaged. Not worth $150/night.

Staff were very friendly and the rooms were super clean. We appreciated it being a dog friendly place as well. The only thing I wish was available was a continental breakfast included.

First and last time I’m staying here. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every 4 days and when the day finally arrived, the cleaning was terrible (they only made 1 of the 2 beds, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, didn’t refill the shampoo and body soap even the bottles were empty, etc). Not a good experience to stay here for us.

Expedia Agent stated that the property would not cancel reservation without penalty (full cost of the stay). I was trying to cancel 3 weeks out. I contacted property manager and they stated they would happily cancel without penalty, but that Expedia must do it and provided a number. Agent refused to call the number. Expedia totally screwed me on this deal. Cancelling my Expedia account after 20 years as a customer.

Rooms were bare minimal. We booked this hotel because of full kitchen efficiency. The hotel did not provide glasses plates utensils pots pans or anything and tried to sell us items. House cleaning was only 1x every 4 days and they never came. They only would give us 4 towels per 4 days.

Start with the bad: 1. I had no idea that you can only exchange bath towels evey 4 days. Is this myplace thing? 2. On the day of my checkout desk attendant was asleep within view of the front desk. (I've got video of me trying to wake him verbally and by knocking hard on the desk) 3. Was going to check out 1 day early and was told by front desk that there is no way even with 2 days notice. No pleasantry just a blank face turned our conversation is over face. Kinda like I was inturrupting her day.
The good: 1. Makayla at the front desk. I had called to adjust my arrival date by 1 day and she took care of it over the phone. And to top that, when I approached her, ref #3 above, she explained in full the rules but said she would try and take care of it on her day off, she apologized beforehand if she couldn' t but at least she said she would try on my behalf. (more than the other attendant offered.) In regards to Makayla I noticed she was asst manager, she needs to be promoted for the way she works with the guests and the friendly greetings she always gives. She was the ONLY STAFF in the 10 days we were there that asked how our stay was going. 2. The grounds and room cleanliness was outstanding. 3. Neighborhood felt safe and there was a gym just a 10 minute walk away with pool, sauna, steam room, child care. 2 coffee shops and 3 places to eat also within 10 minute walk. In regards to 3 stars for staff\service if I could separate them Makayla would get a full s

You have to pay extra for breakfast. You have to ask for a coffee filter and utensils for your room. No blow dryer. Nothing that makes me want to go back.

Super quiet neighborhood.
Close to Caribou and other Restaurants, plus easy access to the Hwy.

I am very dismayed as I booked through Expedia for 3 nights. The staff told me I needed to contact Expedia as we needed to cancel the last night as they could not. Called Expedia, they told me they would have to contact the hotel's general manager for her approval. Called hotel Monday morning & spoke with the GM Jeanine. She blamed Expedia, refused to release the refund and told me good luck getting a refund, you won't. So, Expedia blames the hotel, the hotel blames Expedia and me, the customer gets screwed.

I would not stay here again. The room was dirty and not maintained (broken sink drain, broken curtain). Also, there were no kitchen items provided so having a kitchen was pointless.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that every time I tried to check in to my room the room keys wouldn't work and I had to go back down to the desk to get new ones. They were always more than eager to help me but it was annoying.
