Never again a rodeway inn

Not much. The bathroom was remodeled

Grungy. Terrible parking lot. No food nearby. Filthy carpets. Dated. Cheap perfume odor

Absolutely terrible.

We booked this only because it was close to the fairgrounds.

Upon entering the property, the parking lot was a disaster of trucks, trailers, cars, motorcycles, random equipment - nothing parked in a straight line. The trailers werent even attached to vehicles and had clearly been there for a long period of time. Looked like a junk yard. Broken glass at the entry. No parking available. Had to press a phone locator and waited for staff for quite some time. The pool area... I don't even know what was going on in there. Tools, equipment, bicycles, green water... I'm not even sure if it was open or not but I wouldn't let my dog in that water let alone my children. The smell of the building was absolutely disgusting. The room had an entire other deathly smell. I've never felt more unsafe, and dirty, and afraid to even leave my room, as we did in this motel.

We didn’t stay-it was disgusting and felt unsafe!

We appreciated that they gave us our money back.

Location in a sketchy area. Broken glass and cigarette butts all over the parking lot. Staff unprofessional. Construction stuff all over that guests had to walk through. Room appeared decent at first glance but weird smell. Mattresses had evidence of bed bugs. Pool was so murky you couldn’t see to the bottom. We got the heck out of there and found somewhere else to stay.

Great room size, double check the amenities!

The room size was top of the line with plenty of space to spare which was beneficial since we had a short-notice add-on of a dog. The receptionist when we arrived was helpful in getting everything squared away quickly as we arrived at 130am. Additionally, I had accidentally booked 2 rooms and he was able to correct the error.

I reserved the hotel based on the it having a pool/hot tub and a continental breakfast available. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool area was not open and there was various construction items stored in there. At the check-in counter there was a sign stating that breakfast was not available.

Sketchy area not worth it unless you just want a place to sleep

the room smelt weird, the beds are uncomfortable, when i booked the room it featured a pool. the staff said oh we took the pictures down but i was never alerted of the change or i would’ve cancelled my reservation. there’s no way to get staff to come out of the office where the door is always closed so you just awkwardly wait in the lobby until they decide to come out. when you shower their is a very loud whining sound that goes on during your entire shower wether it’s 2 minutes or 10 minutes.

Location was really convenient for me. Room was nice enough for a good night sleep.

Parking lot is terrible; tight, crumbling, dirty. Area looks sketchy. Garbage in alley outside our window provided a less than desirable view.

Passable

Left an expensive medical vest used for anxiety and pair of shorts there. Called right away and staff said there was nothing left in room. So what happened to it? They were the only ones in there going in as we were walking out. Also, chomping at the bit trying to get in room to clean it before it was even check out time...RELAX can we at least get the time we paid for without being rushed please?

We got to the hotel late and the front desk person was understanding and available. He was accommodating when I was having trouble with my credit card. The rooms were huge and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The price was so affordable to.

The parking lot was a bit confusing of where the office was pulling in late at night. Not well lit up.

2 am people above us were very loud Hot tub was only warm but they had just refilled and was still warming back up I guess Pool was freezing

Excellent! Highly recommended

Me and my wife weren’t sure what to expect for the price, but wow! It was really clean inside and our room had all new things in it (including a 70inch Vizio TV), Mini fridge and microwave. We will be back guaranteed, in fact I would pick this over holiday Inn
