Not as good as the last time I was there, but good.
No hot water at times.

This is always where I stay in Fargo. Great location. Always very clean, very quiet. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is always hot and decent selection of food. Just a nice, clean, easy place to spend a night.

Nice and clean
We were told (during the checkin process ) that breakfast would be served until 10am. It looks like this is applicable only during the weekends. Staff was already in the process of closing the counter (around 9:10am)and we had to rush in to take few items.

Room was a nice size and hotel was quiet.
The hot tub is always crowded but that’s not the hotels fault

Location was fine as it was not too far from the mall and good restaurants. The evening desk staff and the day staff were very pleasent and friendly.
Breakfast was a failure. No eggs, or protein of any type except for yogurt and peanut butter. Oh yes, milk for your cereal. Sign on mirror in room states that towels and linens are replaced after a third night stay. This is fine. No problem with this. I don't change my bed linen every night at home either. However, there was absolutely no maid service provided at all. No emptying of garbage, making bed, light vacuuming of carpet, replacing shampoo, toilet paper etc. We checked in on a Wednesday and checked out on Saturday. No maid service at all. There was an empty ice bucket sitting on the floor next to the ice machine in the hallway for at least 2 days. The hot water tap was not working well. It should have been repaired. Would not recommend this hotel and we certainly will not stay here again. We were charged an average of $160 US per night. Way overpriced for what you get!

Clean and quiet room.
Pool closed, although advertised. Breakfast was terrible, just bread related items, no fruit, packets for oatmeal and there was cereal, but biscuits and gravy as the main entree. Unappealing.

How close I was to the hospital and first floor being close to the exit for my dog
My dog kept finding things in the room that weren't ours. Like wrappers and food.

Great menu selections. Very clean and attractive breakfast room.
There was a strong sewer gas smell in our bathroom in the morning. We promptly left and reported to the front desk. We had to ask to be moved to a different room when we returned that evening.
The hot tub was roped off.
