Insuficiente water flow in the shower. No counter space in the bathroom and inconvenient access to television. It wasn’t a miserable experience but we will not go back to the Monticello Inn.

Smell in the room was horrible, probably some conservation fluid like terpentine, wuite irritative to nose
4.0 / 10.0
It was a good value for the night, but the furnishings need to be replaced, otherwise things were in good condition.

Internet needs some work. Shower plumbing needs some work. Bed was really comfortable, pleasant surprise for a roadside motel. Room was quiet with newer windows. AC was quiet. They did a great job on the important things. We used this location to access Arches and Mesa Verde. Excellent.

Excellent deal! Hot water and great water pressure, and everything you need for a night on the road.

If you're a single male riding a motorcycle and need a bed and a shower - this place is barely ok.

Property was dated but well kept. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. Went out of their way to help. Breakfast bar would have been nice.

Budget.
Overall room was clean. Was muggy because no AC on before we got in there.
Bathroom door didn't close. And tile was old and mildewed.
Beds were old innerspring and not that comfortable.
Family run and people were nice.

I was given my room key and entered the room. It did not look as if it had been cleaned after the last visitors. There was feces on the toilet. The sink had a sticky pink substance all over it that smelled like vomit. There was a smear of what appeared to be blood on the sheets of the bed. I photographed these things & called the front desk. The attendant said she’d call someone. Forty minutes later, I’d seen no-one. I went to the front desk. The attendant told me, “All of our housekeepers are on vacation”. Obviously, this was a lie. You can't run a motel with no housekeeping. And, when was she going to tell me that she didn’t plan to send anyone? I asked for my money back. She called the owner and the owner refused. This was a nightmare!

The space was adequate. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
The facility is old, but it appears that it is getting upgraded. the toilet tank was broken. it was very noisy outside the room .

I slept okay. The covers had an odd odor.
Was glad to have a place to sleep.
shower head dripped all night could not shut it off. Wanted to let staff know. Office locked in the morning.
Left the key in the door drop off

An older motel but small bathroom, no wifi, poor lighting, tv hard to change channels. Was quiet, firmer bed, nice walk-in shower, mostly clean, good working A/C.
4.0 / 10.0
The shower was leaking the whole time, different things I touched were sticky, place had a bad smell, and wasn't very clean. Bed was uneven as well.
6.0 / 10.0
The place is easy to get in and out, if looking for quick stay sleep and shower it is ok, the worst part is the WIFI terrible and if you have T-Mobil you are out of luck.

Retro bathroom with gooseneck shower head and vintage tile.
Clean, quiet, inexpensive, excellent service, fantastic rack rate. Coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, ice machine.
What’s not to like? Booking another night here to watch the Stanley Cup playoffs, excellent TV and calve service!

Great place to stay on my way to Canyonlands and Arches. Way cheaper than anything in Moab if your willing to drive a tiny bit. Not new or fancy, but very clean and comfortable.

It's an older property, well maintained with nice upgrades. WiFi was spotty, due to the town being remote. Nice and quiet. Close to a GREAT Mexican restaurant. Fantastic staff!

Convenient motel next to an exceptional Mexican restaurant. Smelled clean, no bed bugs. Very poor condition, stained carpets, holes in the blankets, (blood?) stained box spring. Hot shower with good water pressure.

This is obviously an older hotel but it has been maintained very well and was very clean. It was close to canyonlands where we were going and montecello is much quieter to stay in than moab. We will stay here again next time we go to canyonlands ❤️

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and neat. It was just the right place to stay the night on our way from Phoenix to western Colorado, and the price was quite reasonable.
