I've stayed here three times over the past couple of years. For an affordable, quite and safe no-frills stay over this place can't be beat. Plus a big shout out to the front desk who helped me with my difficult schedule.

Run down budget hotel. Ice machine broken. Pool out of order. No room cleanup during stay. 1 tiny single-use shampoo for 3 nights & 2 people. Stinky soap. Dingy.

Check in was easy. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom (#114), and on our particular day, the price was very fair. For a room this nice, it was perhaps the best price in the United States. We felt fortunate to have found this motel in Monticello, Utah.

Room was ok for the price. The main problem was the plumbing. Everything worked but if someone took a shower in another room you could hear it in the pipes very loudly. Middle of the night a toilet flushed somewhere and I thought a pipe burst. Woke me up every time

Very old and it showed. Beds were old and bedding was older. Very loud air conditioner. Stayed on the first floor which was a mistake because the people on second floor above us were very loud in the middle of the night and we couldn't sleep. Terrible continental breakfast. Garbage can wasn't even cleaned out from the day before.

The key card was diffucult, took 10 plus tries to open the door, breakfast was late and not very good. When other showered, the water could be heard in my room.

No breakfast or even coffee. Pool closed for "repairs." Side entrance unlocked. You don't want to walk barefoot in the room. Everything worn down. Add $50 and stay in a normal motel next door.

Room was spacious and the fellow that checked us in was kind. However, no dining options past 9pm (not the hotels fault) and breakfast wasn’t available at 7:30 as advertised. We waited until 7:40 and then decided to hit the road as there wasn’t even anyone at the front desk.

Selected this motel for the indoor pool. Upon arrival was told it the pool was closed. Told the manager and he stated it's been closed for six months. He said it is stated on all websites but I checked Hotels.com and it doesn't say anything about it being closed and even has a picture of the pool prominently displayed. Don't like being lied to. Won't stay here again.

Breakfast was advertised, but it was very limited. Only cereal offered. The driveway and parking lot are in need of repair. The cement is cracking and buckling. The advertised price was good at $54 a night, then when I arrived the price was $75.42 including taxes.

After checking in, noone at reception area to help during evening or in the morning. Breakfast terrible, no selection at all. Juice machine spitting just water, no working ice machine in entire motel. Pool out for "maintenance".... Terrible service! Would not reccomend it.

We slept great. The beds were fine and it was quiet. Checking in was super easy. Breakfast was underwhelming but I wasn't disappointed. It was a nice cheap room for the night. I would stay again.

This Rodeway Inn was just OK. There were no cars parked out front when we got there, wasn't sure it was open! Hotel clerk was friendly, but watched us get our stuff out of the car and watched us go to our room. It was just myself and my 73 year old friend, so we didn't pose a threat! Free breakfast offered in the morning was toast and bagels, and a bowl full of apples. I would maybe look for a different place if I stay in Monticello again, but it was okay for an over-nighter.

This is a very average to subpar place. We needed a stopping place between Mesa Verde and Arches, and this was just enough. That's the right way to explain everything here. Everything is "just enough." It was enough breakfast, enough cleanliness, and just enough hotel to be OK.

The facility was in poor condition on the exterior. The concrete driveway and sidewalks were badly heaved and cracked. There were multiple cracks in the stucco siding. The interior was OK. The breakfast was 30 minutes late. Average continental breakfast.
