lovely hotel, really excellent food. My room was above the kitchen which sadly has a noisy fan or machine that goes on during the night, and the kitchen smells are very present in the room, but besides that it was excellent. lovely accommodating staff.

Excellent ! Staff were very accommodating. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and again for breakfast - both superb. Lovely room and bathroom. Would suggest booking car park space if staying!

Very close to the princess cruise terminal, 0.3 mile, 9 min walk.

Great location for catching Cruiseship. Staff at the hotel are excellent, especially Joe who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Definitely will book again!

Small, friendly, great waterfront location.

Stayed here before a cruise and it was fabulous! The staff is top-notch and the restaurant is very nice. Highly recommend!

Great old building that has been renovated. Only a few rooms,5? So very focussed service and excellent service. Had a great cocktail and then popped round the corner to a 13th Century tavern for dinner. The included breakfast was delicious! We were catching a cruise the next day and this was a perfect location, seriously only a 5 minute walk to cruise terminal even dragging our bags. Would definitely stay here again and exceptional location if you are cruising from Southampton.

No elevator, lots of steps to climb with luggage and not enough storage and room or luggage

Staff outstanding!!

Staff were super and the bed and pillows were amazing.
Our room had air con, which was turned off when we arrived. It was extremely hot. Full sun had been on the room all day and it was like an oven. We turned the air con on and didn't make much difference. We did not sleep at all well
We checked out early at 7.30 am as we we had to look after our grandchildren . We were not able to have breakfast which we had paid for as they didn't start service until 8.30 am All doors were locked apart from a fire door. Not a great experience.

Friendly boutique hotel.
And the random snap from the restaurant that impelled me to book - a great inspiration. If you are staying here you must try the restaurant too!

Staff & breakfasts were brilliant. We ate in the restarant one evening where again food and waiters were great.

I would describe it as quirky elegance. It is an unbelievably beautiful space. My room had a sumptuous bed and bathroom. I would recommend this place to everyone

The staff at Ennios were exemplary in every way. The hotel is clean; the rooms are modern while the original pub & restaurant harken back to British “understated” elegance without any appearance of tiredness. The location is just around the corner of Old Town Southampton while also facing the Isle of Wight ferry dock. It is an easy ten minute walk to most of the Cruise line terminals, which was a win win for us. Planning on going back while we explore the “treasures” of the UK, two of which are Southhampton & Ennios within it.

Stayed before and all good. I was unable to get the airconditioning to work so the room was very hot

We had a wonderful stay at the Ennios Boutique hotel. The location was great, nearby the cruise port. We had dinner in their restaurant, excellent Italian food! The amenities in the room were above and beyond what we have experienced in other hotels; bathrobes, slippers, eye mask, earplugs, and spray for your pillows. They were kind enough to arrange a taxi for us when we departed. I highly recommend this lovely little hotel.

Great hotel, liked the small personal vibe. Location was also good and close to the waterfront as well as numerous pubs and restaurants

Really nice hotel, in a super location. The rooms were clean, spacious and very nicely appointed. Vey friendly staff, both on check-in and in the restaurant. The food and service was excellent and I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Southampton.

A unique boutique property above the restaurant. Located right on the waterfront. Staff very helpful. Stairs to rooms, not sure if there is a lift.

Great rooms, great restaurant, great staff. Perfectly located just outside trhe city centre. 10 minutes walk to WestQuay Shopping Centre. Restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The room (5) was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Southampton
4.0
Staff was friendly and helpful. We paid for a superior room, which gave us 3 windows. Unfortunately, the room was right in front on the corner of the building. The building was only feet away from the road, and this which meant traffic (oncoming) could look into our room through all 3 windows! The place was historical, but I have to ding it for the location of our room and the lack of privacy.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Perfect location near bars, shopping and restaurants.
The breakfast was superb. I’m quite a chef myself, but she clearly outperform me on the eggs Florentine.
The Italian restaurant within the hotel is also very good. Highly recommended.
