Hotel is fine and clean but the service is abysmal, staff is rarely in place and communication is subpar.

I loved the area, it is very close to restaurants and bars and the beach.

Not at all like the photos. This is a janky motel in an unsafe area. Motel is the top floor of an abandoned mall. The reception is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator for luggage. I waited 20 min before someone came to check me in (the receptionist was hiding in the attic). WiFi went out for 1 day. The surrounding buildings had roosters and rabbits on their tin roofs. 0/10 do not recommend!

Good place to stay. Has a gas station with food etc next to it. Good price for a 5-10 minute walk to west end and beach. Rooms are simple. A place to shower and sleep. The staff are very nice.

Power went out twice and they don’t have a back up generator. Power was restored in a decent amount of time but it was inconvenient.

I did not like about this hotel is that the rooms don't have Iron and the bathroom don't have hanger towels next to the shower.

The hotel was very affordable, clean and steps to West End. The complementary daily shuttle to West Bay was convenient and saving. The staff was very helpful and even remembered our names. The petrol next door provided affordable food/snack and a place to pickup a cab.
The hotel was noisy from traffic and roosters. It is also on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator so carrying a large bag is difficult.
Overall, I recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Very clean, nice staff. Only downside is for those who might be really able to go up a few flight of stairs to get to the third floor where the hotel is located.

The rooms were a great size for the price, the staff was overall amazing. The front desk lady Shetina went above and beyond for us, the daytime and nighttime security did also. Not one thing negative to say. Thank you guys for such a great stay.

A lovely hotel. We usually stay right next to beach and this hotel is a bit gurther away but great quality and service. Not noisy in spite of being close to road.

This hotel is very different and in a good location. It's minutes walking distance to west end. That being said, we had mixed feelings with the services provided. The welcome was great but then things went downhill from there with misunderstandings for shuttle bookings and misrepresentation of amenities on the site. There were also ants in the bathroom.

I stayed here 2 days and it was great. It’s about a 10 minute walk to west end. WiFi works good for browsing for stuff but for downloading its very slow. The only other negative is the bar across the street shuts down at around 11:30 so you won’t be able to sleep until they shut the music off.

staff was friendly, hotel is on top of third floor, they say amenities was a gym yes (there is a gym on second floor not part of ownership which charged you 6 dollars a day packed with people working out practically on top of you no a/c i fan for three small rooms) rooms were clean and small but ibooked because of gym and they dont have a gym false advertising.

The hotel is actually on the 3rd floor of a 3-story building right next to the PetroSun gas station before you get to West End. The gas station has a mini-supermarket and an area where they serve food. I tried the 'soup of the day' twice and it was delicious and cheap, about US$3.5. At the supermarket you can pay with US dollars and ask to get change back in local currency and the rate is very good about 23.95 to 1US, the offical rate is 24 to 1US.
The hotel is about 5-minute walk to West End where you can find restaurants, bars and dive shops lined up in front of the Half Moon Beach. You can also walk to West Bay on the beach, took me about an hour and a half.
I could use a safe in the room to keep my passport when I go diving but there is only one available at the front desk and they close at 7pm on weekends.
The hotel is about 25-minute drive from the airport/Coxen Hole and 45 minutes from French Harbor. If I go back to Roatan I will probably stay at Los Corales again.

Good deal for the price. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the main strip in West End though a bit dark and no sidewalk.Music from bar across the street could be loud, but turned off by midnight. Hotels along main strip in West End likely louder.

The room was clean, but incredibly small. For one person with a dive bag, it was a tight squeeze. The hotel is across the street from a bar, so the noise can be outrageous on a Saturday night - dont know about other nights. My takeaways, clean hotel with good service. Lots of noise coming from bar and gas station.
