The service was great. However, the rooms in the pictures looks better than in reality. It was a very small room, and the look of it was average. Looked old and needs maintenance/realistic pictures.
The bathroom was not good. Cold and the shower drain was nasty. In the bedroom, close to to window, we found small bugs. Did not look like bedbugs. Some small lice who likes wood.
Breakfast was very good, but too expensive (20€). 15€ should be the maximum. A bit too far from paris city center, but that was our choice.

Great and friendly staff. Had move rooms because of an electrical issue.

This was a good choice for our stay, and we particularly liked the open lounge. We went to the centre and the nearby Arena for the Paralympics. Metro very convenient.

The hotel used be good when was open. Now the furniture has its wear and tear. The back of the bed is pealing and part are coming off.

We stayed here for a few nights starting the day of closing ceremonies for the olympics. Everything was great, bathroom was a little weird as you could see in if you were sitting in the bed. But overall the hotel was great, loved that they supplied a water filling station on each floor. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.

Overall our 9 day stay was great. Rooms are small compared to American hotels but still comfortable. Staff we're great and very friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and public transportation.

The accommodations were amazing and especially the staff!

Great room size. Modern. Near public transport

Very European. No closet. Tiny desk. Acceptable for solo business travel. Got yelled at by the cleaning lady because I was still in the room showering without putting out the do not disturb sign. She didn't bother to knock. Bit of a hassle getting checked out with an incorrect dry cleaning bill.

Quirky hotel, well located, with good transport links.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke multiple languages.
Check-in was painless and the room was large enough for one, but probably a little small for 2 people. Unfortunately, the shower door does not stop water from going everywhere in the bathroom, but it's a minor irritation.
It has a great lounge area, and it makes a nice change to grab water, tea, coffee and a biscuit knowing that it's all part of the service.
Breakfast could be described as minimalist, but it actually covers most needs.
Fabulous sauns, very hot and relaxing, attached to the gym area on the 1st floor.
Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Nice hotel overall - good breakfast. The rooms design could be better. Also having the option to control air conditioning would be great as it was too hot in the room during the summer

The location of the hotel was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The elevator is larger then most of the hotel in Paris. Rooms are large enough with clean beautiful bathroom and toilets.

The hotel rooms have a modern, brutalist feel with unique bathrooms and prides itself on sustainable options for toiletries and coconut fibre mattresses.
The 'club' downstairs has unlimited snacks and hot drinks for you to help yourself to at any time. It was quite a nice space and the staff in this area were helpful and friendly. There were some flies and fruitflies which hadn't been dealt with during my stay around the uncovered food which was off-putting. The snacks on offer were tasty and a nice touch. Seating was ample and never felt crowded.
The reception staff could have been friendlier and more enthusiastic. There was no acknowledgement for the trip's reason despite this being added to the guest notes.
The area is not interesting or attractive but it felt safe and had good transport links. Perfect if you are just using it as a base to explore the city.

The staff were amazing. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free for a view of the Eiffel Tower!

The staff was great! There were some issues with room air conditioning and my key card had to be reactivated daily to use the elevators ( but each time there was an issue the staff addressed them promptly and were always very kind).

Overall, we had a great stay at Okko! It is a little far from the main tourist attractions but in a generally safe area! I would stay again.

Perfect for visiting a nearby trade show. Walkable and great transport links when needed.

Quite a basic hotel, but once you realise you can simply request what ever you need from the concierge it all becomes a bit easier.
The concierge are fantastic they are well spoken and always ready to help , they uplifted the entire experience.
The lounge and free teas and coffees are perfect for anyone looking for a chilled working break, this feature alone brought the hotel to
Life. It’s open 24/7

I stay in hotels 200 nights a year which I have done for 20+ years so I know it takes a lot to be in the hotel business. However, I have never been in a hotel room that was hotter in my life. The windows are bolted in, the HAC system only puts out heat, there is no 'fan only' option and the front desk was unable to locate a portable fan. At breakfast, literally every guest was complaining about what a miserable night it was! And it was March with slightly above normal temperatures of 60F/15C. I can't image what it would be if it were really hot outside.
In short, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna, with a still, stifling air of 80F/26C. When I nicely approached the front desk various times, all I got was excuses, not solutions. It ranged from the HAC system either is on 'winter or summer' mode (and the company can't come and fix it for three days) to the government won't let us open the windows, to 'all our fans are already given out as many guests are complaining', etc. The only thing that was offered was the name of a house goods store where I can see if they sell portable fans where I found out later no one speaks English (notice, they didn't offer to go buy fans themselves).
I would expect management to respond to this review with more 'it is not our fault' excuses, but that is just unacceptable. Avoid this place, not just for the sauna rooms, but more so because of the poor management response.

There during Vinexpo - quite expensive room but lower standard. Simple and ok looking hotel. But in room was a platic fiber carpet all over the floor with dirty spots on. Was not so nice to walk on. The cleaning was not perfect. Breakfast was also quite pricey and it was very very basic. Even coffee ran out in the morning and no one filled up the machine. Ended up getting no coffee but still payed for the breakfast in full.
The location was good though - proximity to the wine fair but otherwise horrible with high way outside of the bed room window.
4.0 / 5.0
Convenient for those attending Vinexposium but not much in terms of dining that is walkable. Somewhat disconnected from the 'heart' of Paris.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. The only problem was that the AC was turned off because it was winter. The room got hot and it was a little unpleasant to sleep. I think it should be up to the customers to regulate the temperature in their rooms.

Worst hotel we ever been, so dated, not clean at all , staff unhelpful and not speaking other languages , restaurants and food are worst too , we have seen mice running around the kitchen while we was eating breakfast.central heating wasn’t working so they give us portable heater.

Room was comfortable, shower was nice! Lounge was very nice and a good place to do work, although a few more outlets to plug into would've been nice. Breakfast could've had a few more options, but it served the purpose, and having hot drinks and snacks available any time was great! I was in town for a conference at the porte de versailles, and it is scheduled to be there next year again, so I will certainly consider this place to stay and recommend it to others!

A really bad hotel in a miserable area. Useless staff, unhelpful. Went to the restaurant 15 minutes prior to closing, not interested in providing dinner, which on reflection was a lucky escape. Grubb room, smelt bad, air con did not work, not even a bottle of water provided, I am not sure what use a nespresso machine is with no capsules, milk or sugar. Gym was tiny, badly equipped and not worth using. Breakfast was the worst of any hotel I have stayed in for years. Really horrible weekend, luckily it was for work. Avoid at all costs!!!

It's a nice and quiet place and I enjoyed my stay here. It is also close to the subway so that was another plus. They provide all day coffee, juices and snacks to hotel guests in the cafe. I also liked the minimalist concept with the interior design but felt some simple things as hooks to hang clothes / towels in the washroom. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Convenient location and acceptable cleanliness of room. Yet aircon not working very well and staff was not particularly helpful. Reasonable priced in the Parisian standard

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, plentiful breakfast. Solid value. Fitness room disappoints but this is true for most paisian hotels

This hotel was a true disappointment. I guess I can’t compare the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile which is a 4 star hotel to this property. I thought they might be comparable because they are both 4 stars. What I didn’t realize was that it was like night & day. The room did not even have a suitcase stand. I was told only the premium rooms have it d/t space. There is not even a fridge in the room which is a very basic amenity. No bathrobes or slippers. For a European hotel, this was surprising, especially the slippers. Any basic amenity you assume you will have will not be available. That I can assure you. I will not return to this hotel.
