The apartment was clean and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus space to sit outside, chill and people watch. Great view of 4th of July fireworks. Downside is to get on the balcony you have to lift a heavy window and secure it with a metal pole. Fortunately I was traveling with a friend to help me They really need to replace that window with french doors to make it easier to use the balcony. Another downside is the rooftop swimming pool is at a sister property, Roami at The Brandywine, about 9 blocks away. Lastly the supply area was not restocked on a daily basis. Overall nice property and 30 seconds from Bourbon St. I would stay again but at the sister property where the pool is.

The place is nice and comfortable. Close to canal and French Quarter.
Only down side is trolley is loud and starts early in the morning. So if your early bed great alarm clock. It’s very bright in the mornings. Only blinds no curtains.

They checked us into a room that had not been cleaned. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone for a long time. Gave us a “$80” refund which we never received.

I've been to N.O plenty times in my life and have stayed at some pretty good hotels but this property that we stayed at this trip is by far our new home away from home when we coming to visit. The location is perfect, the apartment was beyond perfect from the time we walk in the door. The high ceilings to the open floor plan. The bedroom exceeded my expectations, love the full kitchen and the big washroom. I'll be staying here for now on when i visit.

Accomodations were spacious and conveniently located and basic needs were met, however communication with the hotel staff was poor. Response time was very slow and incomplete. They also painted the entryway while we were there and did not rope it off so we ended up ruining our shoes on the wet paint. We probably won't stay there again.

Firstly, location: Amazing position. You are almost on the corner of Canal and Bourbon. Little less noise, but access to everything. You are directly above an amazing Oyster/Seafood bar, with great food. And next door is a lovely diner with great eats too. Absolute convenience. The place is quiet, easy access, fast lift.
On check in, we had a large penthouse apt. Quaint and large windows, giving access to a small but nice patio. In the morning, we discovered the hot water wasn't working. Devin handled it well, and arranged a move to a different unit. Was a bit disappointing that it was smaller, with no windows and rooms a little more cramped. Not terribly so, but noticeably smaller. Still much better than a hotel room though, and I would choose this anytime over other options. Fittings are dated, but nothing too bad. Kitchen is great with all amenities. TV's work great. Bring your streaming login details. One unit had a hair dryer..other didn't. Please make sure all units have them? Modern access control. I would stay here again anytime, you can't beat this for the price. I should have pushed for the same size unit, but it was still comfortable. So are the beds, although you have to like soft beds.
Devin was amazing..he's an asset to Roami.

We love this place but the street noise at night in 4A is loud for a light sleeper.

Quiet, large rooms, like being in an apartment

I love staying with Roami. This was a new location..everything was great with 2 exceptions..the parking sucks..and I the utensils were rusted. Other than that I’ll continue to support the properties!

Really liked the unit. Quite comfortable and great location. On the streetcar line so can be a bit noisy, but everywhere in NO can be a bit noisy. Only negatives were no bath mats and no plug for the bathtub.

Beautiful apartment! I would recommend. The bed is so comfortable. Great walking distance from everything. Plenty of stores and food near by. It’s just sketchy outside at night but once I’m in the apartment I feel comfortable and it’s quiet. There’s no parking. Since everything was walking distance and we didn’t need the car we parked at Hilton a few blocks in the garage for $25 dollars a night. I will definitely book again when I come back to New Orleans.

Property was awesome, great location. Only issue ( out of hotels control) was noise from outside. I would recommend, black out curtains for room 3A, morning light extremely bright. Hard to sleep after spending all night on Bourbon St., Besides that, awesome hotel

Next to two busy restaurants and area smells of trash in AM, but great location next to Canal Street and easy to get to location close to everything. Plus, place is clean and has great dining with ceiling window for natural light. Large bedroom and great 1.5 bath and full kitchen.

It was so close to everything and major parade routes for Mardi Gras.

Bourbon Street and the central French Quarter are just a few steps away. The top 2 restaurants were very close. I loved its location.

This place was great! It was right in the middle of everything- one block form Bourbon, tons of restaurants and shops. The Place itself was very clean, inviting. perfect for our bachelorette trip! Thank you for the awesome girls weekend! Definitely recommend!

Overall condition and cleanliness was very good. Just missing a soap in one of the bathrooms and the soap dispenser in the kitchen didn't work. Loved the balcony and that the location was very close to the French Quarter.

Great place. The wifi never worked despite me calling 3 times. The only problem was they didnt have cable , so the wifi working was needed to hook up to the tv for anything and it never did. Otherwise, place was as advertised

If you party all night and don’t want to sleep then you can stay here. But if you want a good nights rest, forget it. This place is next to Bourbon St where people drink, smoke weed, party, loud music, loud talking, yelling-All night long. Also, The trolley runs up and down the street all night long and when it slows down or stops it sounds like it is tearing up asphalt and concrete. There are construction workers with heavy equipment working in front of the hotel and they make loud noise All night long! It is impossible to sleep here. I was miserable. I’ll never stay here again. It’s a nice apartment and in a convenient location next to the French quarter, but you can’t fall asleep or stay asleep for very long. The worst noises wake you up. We were never warned about the noise level. Take it seriously. Also one of the other lodger’s smoked in the stairwell and set off the fire alarm at 10:00 pm. We had to evacuate until someone came and reset the alarm and cleared the building. That was really annoying and inconvenient. The real problem is that the noise from the street never ends; It’s constant. It is one noise after another after another.

The contactless check in was so easy. The location is great if your interested in exploring downtown. Unfortunately, there are random people who want to hang out in front of the door because of the way it’s ducked off, but a simple excuse me worked out well for me. Was a little concerned about someone following me in because the door closes so slow and it’s a busy street, but a little look over the shoulder made me feel better.
The inside is cozy clean and inviting! All of my questions and concerns were responded to in a timely manner, but everything is literally already there. I had few questions and fewer concerns. Great stay! Yea

Hugh apt, clean with kitchen, dining room, bedroom and living room. The only I didn't like was the wifi. Forget about working and using your phone at the same time. Signal was horrible.

5 night stay…..all tv function is controlled by WiFi. (No cable). The WiFi in the living room did not work….I called and talked to a representative 5 times…..no resolution. The final time, the representative asked me to wait there for an hour, and someone would come. I waited 2 hours, but no one came. I gave up.

This property was amazing!!!! It is literally right one Canal street and in walking distance to everything in the French quarter, we walked everywhere! It is in the middle of all the buzz and so safe. Plus, as soon as you cross Canal St. it turns into Bourbon St. The apartment was HUGE and so clean and beautiful. We had a great time, I can’t wait to stay here again one day.

Fridge and freezer not working and main bed was so bad we had to sleep on the sleeper couch . You would think that paying $350 a night for 4 nights the bed would be useable. I won’t be staying at an Alfred hotel again

Really strange and difficult check in process. You have to take a video of yourself wiggling your head around and a picture of your license, so they can steal your identity at a future date.No windows in the apartment. There was a nice skylight during the day, but the main source of light was flickering LED bulbs that made the place seem haunted. The bed was broken and falling apart. The first time I sat on it a metal piece fell off the underside. By the next morning the whole lower part of the bed had sunk to the floor. I tried to shore it up for night 2 by piecing the metal frame back together and wedging a Bible under the broken part, but there wasnt even a single Bible in the whole place. I pulled out and used the two nightstand drawers instead, and my girlfriends social work license test prep manual. The sheets also smelled like smoke. There was a pull out couch in the suite, but no extra sheets. Only 2 towels.

This rental was close enough to walk to anywhere in the French Qtr. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. Loved the balcony and the large fridge. Only reason I did not give 100% was the noise from the numerous sources starting in the master bedroom facing the street. I switched with my kids after one night to the back bedroom and slept great.

The apartment was perfectly located (about 1 block off Bourbon and Canal Streets) and very clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the windows were old and single-pane and the noise in the master bedroom all night was crazy loud. Next time I would bring ear plugs!

This place was a great surprise! When we arrived we were worried it would be too noisy just because of the location. It was secure, clean, and quiet. The AC worked great! I loved the space, so much room for us to relax and have friends in without having to sit on the bed. I did enjoy not having to worry about room service. Having W/D was great. Closer and cheaper parking would have been a nice plus, but I know that’s how New Orleans is.

This property was just as pictured and had a very large balcony which we really enjoyed. It was also ideally located about a block from the French Quarter. This ended up being the perfect location as we would be in the quarter in less than 5 mins walk but was also quiet enough at night. A few minor things to note: The streetcar would run all night and could get a little noisy in the street-facing master bedroom. However, they did have a box fan that we turned on to use as white noise and that worked out just fine. Also, the light from the street does come in through the blinds a bit at night in the master. The 2nd slightly smaller room at the back didnt have windows and, therefore, didnt get any of the street noise or street light. The unit overall was clean, modern, and bigger than expected. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall we had a good stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had all amenities. However, I have experienced a terrible service....reported an issue with a missing remote in a bedroom via online chat. Was connected to Deborah, who said she was looking into the issue....after 15 min wait and non-response, she became unavailable for the rest of the evening....never gotten back to me or try to resolve the issue. In the end, TV remote was not going to ruin our family stay, however, it would have been nice to have someone on site or be able to connect to to address it the next day or so...
