I've spent 7 night at Dea Lisbon, the staff were very welcoming and were happy to answer any question I had, and to provide great tips. It's located in great area, close to all the good restaurants and bars. Highly recommemd

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was a great size, but the room was quite warm and no way to control the temp. Area seemed very safe. There are a few restaurants and mini markets in the area. You are not allowed any outside food or drinks in your room, which we thought was odd. On description this hotel came up in historic old town and it was quite a walk to the old town. There is a trolley stop right outside the hotel. They offer car service to and from airport for a fee. Great stay overall! Lisbon was fantastic!

The property’s beautiful, it had that old charm feel. Tessa and Valeria were so friendly and so is the rest of the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful classic hotel, located on a cable car line. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast (included) was quite good. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this property for either a short and extended stay in Lisbon.

What sets this place apart from the rest is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This was our first time to Lisbon and they were SO helpful! The room was clean and worked out great. And the breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had that came with the stay. So much variety and I just can't say enough about how nice the staff was! The only small downside was the location was a bit off the beaten path, but sometimes that is nice! Maybe a 15 minute walk to the main parts of town. You won't regret staying here!!

The staff and service was amazing; once we arrived we were greeted quickly and warmly. We did arrive early, so was given a recommendation (then she made a reservation for us) to head there for lunch before getting our room. I am pregnant and our room was on the top floor, just more steps but they are in works to get the permits for hotel guest to use. Room was good size, bathroom a little small. We didnt have a car so didnt need to use parking; easy to walk to places some around 15 minutes, but getting to the center may take 30 minutes plus. The breakfast was enjoyable and service there was also great as well. For our check-out, we had to leave super early so the hotel help arrange our car. I would definitely recommend this place!!

This is an excellent boutique hotel in Central Lisbon. Very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The rooms are not massive but they are big enough and ours had high ceilings which compensated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was small but the shower had good pressure and temperature. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and they provided a complimentary drink at check-in. A buffet breakfast was included and this was perfectly adequate. A great base for exploring Lisbon. About 15 minutes walk from a number of Metro/Train stations and also the same distance from the Time Out Market and waterfront area. There are also numerous bars and restaurants in the immediate surrounding area. We walked from the Metro to the hotel on arrival but were travelling very light. If you have more luggage I'd recommend taking a taxi from the airport. You can also book a transfer with the hotel which we used for our return trip to the airport as we had a very early flight. This cost 30euro which is a bit more that an Uber but the driver was waiting for us in the lobby at 4.30am. All in all highly recommended.

Amazing property. The room was lovely and spacious, to say we were facing the road it was really quiet and there was no noise that kept us up. Air conditioner in rooms to help keep it cool. Very clean throughout. From the time we arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a welcome drink and luggage brought up to our room. Every day there was a note in the room with suggestion and notes on daily activities in the city. The breakfast was lovely, there were some bits that were there daily, but pastries and cold and hot selections changed daily. It was lovely to try a lot of different things in the morning. The location of the hotel was really good, there were some great resturants close by. We chose to walk into the city area where most sights were and it only took 30-40 mins, an easy walk down hill, more of an up hill walk back, but there are buses and trams that stop off close to the hotel that are regular. If we come back we will defiantly be staying here again, and will be recommending it to all our friends!

Very comfortable stay, good shower and bedroom and great breakfast. The only negative was that the air conditioning was not very efficient and it was very hot in Lisbon.

The staff at the hotel made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. By far the best customer service we’ve received at a hotel. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean with spacious rooms. It’s situated away from the hectic city centre but close walking distance to great restaurants, bars and coffee shops in a lively part of town.

This is a well kept, very clean, quietly artistic property, with an excellent staff. I would especially like to acknowledge Roberta who checked us in and was extremely accommodating and Tessa who was also very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

Great stay! Wine upon arrival. The breakfast was perfect to start our tourist days. The staff helped with dinner reservations. There is no outside food allowed but it did not matter much to us. The toiletries were nice.

Best check -in ever known to a man! I was offered a choice of coffee, cold infused water and a hot pastel de natas on arrival. Great healthy breakfast, very comfy rooms and central location.

A lovely hotel, attentive and helpful staff and very clean. It’s really well located with great transport links via 28 tram or 728 bus. The only tiny downside is the fact you can’t eat or even have a hot drink in the room which they are upfront about (apparently because of new carpets) but is a bit confusing when they have a mini bar with beer and chocolate that you can have in the room. Would definitely recommend on all other points though and the breakfast is decent.

We loved our stay! The E28 tram literally stops right at the door. It's walkable to Santos and Rossio station (to Sintra and Cascais within 45 minutes). The area is quiet but jam packed with restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are also immaculate and large and the staff amazingly helpful. The only let down for us was the breakfast. It could have been due to the hotel being full but the volume of food was just very small and not replenished as quickly. Our first and last mornings we didn't have much as everything was not replaced or as soon as it was, those closer had got to it. The timing of the breakfast being between 8am-10am was also nice if you wanted to be up and out but on the weekends, particularly Sundays it would be nice to extend it to possiby 11am, this is just as we noticed some guests coming down right at 9.50am when they had started closing it down, some even making plates for later. However overall we absolutely loved it.

The hotel is lovely with really well appointed beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. The beds are super comfortable and we were extremely happy with our choice of boutique hotel. There is no lift but the staff help with the luggage so that doesn’t present any issues. It was a lovely bonus to discover that we had breakfast included and it was fresh and tasty every day . The staff work super hard to look after the guests and were really helpful with any queries that we had. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon on a break. It’s fabulous.

Lovely Hotel, quirky interior. Lots of stairs with no lift . Very clean rooms but lacked a kettle . Would have been nice to have a cuppa first thing or vefore bed However free wine every night from 5pm was a masive bonys

The overall impression of the hotel is a very good one, Starting with. Our meeting with a receptionist at the main foyer, I believe her initials are DL,, my apologies , I cannot recall her name, but her standard of personal contact with customers was superb , and a great start to our short holiday, A real asset to your company, To make this short, we had a wonderful time. Recently stayed at Dear Lisbon - Gallery House and found the hotel to be perfect! The service is excellent and staff were always very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the staff made sure to include personal touches. The location of the hotel is perfect to get around Lisbon. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will likely be staying here again.
