Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. There is no air conditioning but it was still pleasant with the fans and breeze. It was very damp though with all the humidity. Be warned, It is extremely remote. It is at least 45 minutes to 1 hour from grocery stores or gas stations. There are 2 restaurants close by though. The road off the highway to get back to the villas is a VERY rough dirt road that gets even worse when it rains and takes around 25 minutes to get to the villas. The live-in property managers are polite and helpful.

This resort was absolutely beautiful! The perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were so kind and sweet. They even gave us a few mangoes, (since it was mango season and the tree was full). My family and I were exceptionally pleased with our stay.

We had a beautiful time at Kane Villas. Property manager and wife were very helpful. Enjoyed the property with a walk down to falls, along with birds.
Mahalo house was fun and unique, fireplace, grille. So relaxing

It was a really nice experience. The villa was awesome, amenities on point. We had an issue with the shower ans rhe caretakers responded immediately ans fixed it. I would definitely stay there again.

This Villa is stunningly beautiful. It is new construction and everything is top shelf. It is private, quiet and safe. The grounds are beautiful. My second stay here and I will be back. We have had a lot of rain so, 4-wheel drive to navigate the road to the site is needed.

It's really nicely managed property with very friendly owners. Honestly, if we didn't have a reservation in another place after that, we'd definitely extend our stay in Kane Villas. Very nice, quiet and close to caves and waterfalls. Very happy that we stayed here.

A nice property to feel away from it all. Nice amenities with quiet and privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kane villas. Great communication and such a beautiful place. It is off the beaten path and would probably recommend 4 wheel drive but great location to visit the Mountain Pine Ridge area. Close to all the local attractions . Very relaxing and peaceful area. Have to bring groceries but is close to drive to fine dining restaurants and local hole in the wall Malfunction Junction (say hi to Skinny). Also I want to buy their bed, most comfortable I have been while traveling (no more back pain!)

The property is beautifull and was impecably manicured. Our private cabana had a well stocked kitchen and modern appliances (be sure to bring your own food and drinks). The screened in porch made an excellent dining area and brought the outdoors into the living area. What a GREAT place. The swimming pool and outdoor kitchen was clean and we practically had it all to ourselves. Absolutlely loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone with a spirit for adventure as there are many natural wonders close by as well. We will definately be back.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Kane villa! The villa itself was very well decorated, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen! The staff and owners were helpful and very friendly. Couldn't ask for more, would totally recommend and stay again!

Great information kit sent out before we arrived. Listing everything - what to do, directions to each place, what supplies were at the villa, driving instructions - very well organised.
During our stay the staff - Rosa & Fernando made our stay!
Very accommodating, informative - and hosted a fire for us every night at 5pm.
Property was beautiful!!
Would highly recommnend!!

The house and grounds was beautiful. The waterfall and cave on site was great and easy to get to. The caretakers were wonderful. And plan on going back again next year.

Kane Villas was wonderful. My family of four (2 adults and 2 children) stayed there for 5 nights in April. The house is even nicer than the photos. We loved the wrap around deck, with our own fireplace and grill, and a fun hammock. One sign of a good rental property to me is having good utensils in the kitchen, especially good knives - and Kane Villas has these.
The pool is only steps from the house and had some inflatable tires and pool noodles, which the kids loved. We played croquet a couple of days, which was fun.
There is so much to do nearby. We went to ATM cave one day (Catherine from Kane Villas recommended we use River Rats, and their guide Gonzo was so knowledgeable). We used River Rats to do a trip to Caracol another day. We also spent one morning ziplining and another swimming at Big Rock waterfall.
If you've got a rental car it's pretty easy to get around. The road up from the main highway has recently been paved and only turns to a dirt road three miles from the house.
Catherine recommended we shop at a grocery store in Belmopan on our way to Kane Villas, which we did. We bought most of what we needed for our five days, and then supplemented with fresh fruit and veggies from road side stalls and from the farmers' market in San Ignacio on Saturday (which I'd recommend).
All in all a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend.

As a family of five, this was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, with fantastic amenities and fixtures in the bathrooms, spectacular garden and pool. Couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay.

I highly recommend Kane Villas. The property and villas are wonderfully well kept and in such a beautiful area of Belize. You can pop next door to various resorts for food or buy groceries and cook on site. It is very conveniently located to Carocal and various hikes to waterfalls, swimming holes, and caves. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Kane villas is in a perfect location for Pine Mountain Ridge attractions and Caracol. The Villa was beautifully appointed with loads of space inside and out, with a really good kitchen with everything thought of. Nice touches like great taps and shower and a double kitchen sink. Set in great grounds and nice local walks. Lovely chats with the housekeeper and fantastic stars in the evening.

We had an amazing time at Kane Villas. Catherine was incredibly helpful - from letting us borrow some supplies to providing perfect recommendations and directions, and even responding to an email at 2:30am! The place was spotless, and very modern and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the facilities were the best we had anywhere in Belize. We were a group of 4 (three siblings and a spouse) and wanted a few days with a wildlife/jungle feel. The property is amazing, despite a tricky road to get in (but you get used to it!). If you're looking for a place to relax, see some incredible nature (don't miss Big Rock Falls right around the corner - a short walk), and get away from it all, then this is definitely the right place to go!
