Good place for the price. Centrally located in old town. Toilet had issues and the front desk person has no idea how to help

The receptionist was very helpful

This hotel was very conveniently located inside the Old city. Walking distance of all important points to visit. The room didn’t have air conditioning but the fun was ok for a room that size. Beds were awesome! Good breakfast yet you have to pay it separately. Overall a great experience.

All in all the hotel was very nice. The staff was super friendly. However, they should put in bold that there is no air conditioning.

Great location in the old town. Was perfect for an overnight stay for our family of 4. Would have ideal if there was at least a kettle in the room. Thanks

In the rooms, we don’t have hair dryer, safe deposit and iron for the clothes, other then that, is fine, thanks.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for 7.50 E was very good with lots of options.

The room is just very basic and small. There is no AC, so you either open the windows and deal with the constant noises from the outside, or close the windows endure the heat and stuffiness. We did ask for a fan for the second night, and they were very fast in making that accommodation, which we really appreciated. If you are noise sensitive, I would think twice before booking this hotel. People were out late and talking very loudly/playing music throughout the night. Because of its location and the way city walls, all the sound bounces back so it becomes incredibly loud.

Good location , just a block off of the Camino . East walk to the heart of the centre . Only negative was I could get the water hot for a shower in the morning ( worked great the afternoon before ).

Enjoyed the breakfast- the variety of food and especially the fresh fruit.

A great location for the running with the bulls festival. However, there is no AC and it was very hot!! No fridge in room and no ice was available making it very difficult to cool down.

Immaculately updated place in a historical building. The area is quiet, but it is only steps away to everywhere of interest: the street with a ton of bar/restaurants is about 5 minutes walk, and the main square with cafe iruna is about 10 minute walk. The Navarra museum is also 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is practically sitting on the city wall, at a square with sweeping views of Pamplona new town. The room was super clean, powerful A/C, and super fast Wifi. The staff were friendly. They close at night, but will give you instructions on how to get in at all hours.

A simple and nice hotel at the edge of the historic center of Pamplona. Everything is in walking distance.

Our three rental bikes were waiting for us when we arrived—all securely stored. Room was great—clean and the temperature was just right.I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great location to the city center at a great price.

Great location. Good stay for the price. TV's in the hotel rooms are small. That's about the only fault i could find to be honest.

Great location right by the old town. Older property, with public area and stairwells very worn. Rooms very spacious, basic and clean.

Nice hotel in the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only minor problem is there is no parking outside but there is a public pay car park a few minutes away. €10 for 20 hours so good value. Would recommend the hotel.

Excellent location in the old city only meters away from the Camino de Santiago. Excellent breakfast.

Très bien situé. Édifice unique. Personnel serviable, voire sympathique.

There is not much the hotel can do about a heat wave, but the stay was rendered quite unpleasant due to the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The fan that was provided helped make it bearable at night, but it was miserable to be in the room during the day.

Charming hotel in the heart of Pamplona next to a beautiful park. Easy access on and off the Camino de Santiago. Walking distance to Plaza del Castillo and restaurants on San Nicolás. Nice stay!

I was so happy with my first stay one night at this hotel in Pamplona so I returned two days later while passion Pamplona again.
Nice welcoming in reception, good service, good coffee and the cleanliness in the room is perfect!

The location is great, its in a quiet corner of the old town which was only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants but nice and quiet, and it was an easy walk from the train and bus stations. The room was fairly basic but sufficient and clean with great wifi, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the noise echos a bit through the corridors so you can hear people dragging suitcases or closing doors, but its a small hotel so it wasnt busy and it was quiet during the night. Compared to other options in Pamplona it was good value.

We are walking the Camino and booked here. Clean and pleasant, great shower and easy to get into the main town. Also a short distance from our route. Lovey breakfast and coffee early in the morning.
