This was a really nice place to stay. Very friendly drag, a nice bed, and easy to get to. There was good available, but I got in late. Nice courtyard in from to relax in, and would highly recommend.

My room was very comfortable and clean. The food was as good as ever with a good choice of meals. The staff were professional and attentive at all times. The cost of the room and food reflected the quality of provision and service there. I would definitely stay at The Bull Inn again.

Nice very old coaching Inn. 500 years old. Be careful if you stay upstairs as stairs are very rickety. Lovely restaurant. Really helpful friendly staff throughout.

The Bull Inn is a characterful property, very well placed for visits to Snetterton racing circuit and this was the purpose of our visit. We found the Inn very comfortable, clean and the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. Parking is free, plentiful and immediately outside the courtyard rooms. I’d be very happy to return to The Bull Inn if I’m in the area again.

Aidan the manger is a nice helpful chap too.

I’ll start by saying all the buildings are old so if you are looking for a comfortable place that’s close to the bases this is great. Nigel and his staff are top notch. Food is incredible and new refurbishments in the bar make it a great place to sit and relax.

Nice Pub and great staff, Nice boutique rooms and despite being next to the A11 surprisingly quiet. Nice food and friendly staff. The room was a little scrffy and the carpet was black so you could see all the full and dust?
The only issue was that there was no hot water for a shower as they had a boiler issue in the night, so meant I had to have a strip wash, hopefully a one off, the staff did try and get an out of hours plumber but after 10pm was too out of hours by all accounts???

I thought this hotel was in a quiet village location - WRONG !!
one side is - but the other side is right next to the extremely busy road. Note to self - even though i will be staying there next time i'm in the area, i wont in the summer as i will find it impossible to sleep if i have to open a window......
great food and brilliant staff

There is road noise due to location but a comfortable room and facilities. Lovely riverside walk close by.

Really enjoyed my stay. I am very particular about the cleanliness of the hotel room, and I cannot fault it. Food was freshly cooked and was delicious.
Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Tired old building needing major repairs

We had a master key as they had lost the room key. Lucky for them we are honest and didn’t open any other rooms! The room was ok, but about £50 over priced!! Food was lovely but the customer service was appalling. No invoice on check out. Had to then chase this when my card was charged. Didn’t phone back when they said they would 3 times. Service charge added to bill with no prior knowledge. One night with dinner for £236 was utterly ridiculous. Would not stay again and would not recommend other than for a meal.

Lovely food and staff, bathroom was lovely.
Room was dirty, food all over the desk and floor. Someones underwear was wedged between the matris and headboard when i pulled the sheets back to get in bed.

Was there with my elderly mother, for a few nights over Christmas- the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us - they have 2 accessible rooms and all the rooms in the old inn are individually decorated - i had the flamingo room and it was great !! Will definitely be going back

The team went out of their way to make us comfortable. Wendy in particular was so kind. She was like a good friend who welcomes you to their home

Nice location and a warm and friendly welcome
6.0 / 10.0
Convenient location but also a lot of road noise as so close to A11. Restaurant and bar nice and menu looked really good but most items unavailable. Biggest issue was the breakfast- started too late, nothing pre laid out, no continental or buffet selection available and only 1 young member of staff covering the hotel checkouts and trying to serve breakfast which had to be cooked option only. Very poorly prepared for special dietary requests. Room v nice but not very well cleaned.

Excellent food, Lovely Rooms, not so great customer service. Had to ask to be checked in after standing in front of a person on Reception who simply did not acknowledge me. Even when the manager checked me in, felt like it was an effort for him. Shame because otherwise everything was great

A traditional pub offering good food and service.
The evening meal was very good, except for one very small thing!
One, single, tiny, mushroom on our plates, served as a portobello mushroom!
The bedroom was comfortable albeit small, but we knew that when we booked.
What we weren't aware of was that we would be laying in the middle of a 'night club' when we went to bed...the music and attendees seemed to get louder the longer it went on, and on, and on....

We read some of the bad reviews and was hesitant at first. They have address the previous issues and have really turned around. We got very good service and really enjoyed the staff. It’s a neat hotel and restaurant and I recommend it. We stayed for a week on a business trip and I’m glad we made the decision to stay at the Bulls Inn

Easy access to and from the A11 with free parking. Clean and friendly property, set back from the main road whilst there is a quiet hum the rooms were secondary glazed with very little disturbance. Nice selection of food on the menu and a good cooked breakfast.

Slow check in and check out. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Had to ask for directions to room. First room had been y 1 working light from 4. Was moved to another better room. Tv remote was missing.

Great accomadation
limited menu
Great staff

All good except for the double bed pushed against the wall. A double room should allow both people room to get in and out of bed. If the funky but unnecessary desk had been removed then the bed could have been accommodated properly. The decor, fittings and bathroom were all very stylish but not much use as you clamber into bed.

the property is right next to a major busy road and is very noisy, the shower was hard to operate and one of the knobs fell off and the handle on the door handle on the shower came away

1 nights business stay, upon arrival the receptionist was stood up eating her tea, when i came down for my evening meal I was told they stopped serving food at 7:45, the time was bang on 7:45. The room was ok, with a real nice roll top bath, however all flat services in the room had a layer of dust on them. For the price of the room I wouldn't of expected these issues.
4.0 / 10.0
Good and bad. Nice old building, with a comfy bed and good shower, but could be so much better. Tv controls didn’t work, 3 out of 4 lights didn’t work and food took an hour.
