I often visit this hotel. I have no complaints about the front desk staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is great for a guaranteed no noise or ghetto behavior or partying. They are great at managing the messy people. They don't play about making sure it's peaceful and safe. The complaint is regarding the housekeeping and their lack of cleaning and sometimes don't change sheets. I always bring my own blankets because of it. They honestly don't clean those rooms well and I'm sure staff is not aware of it. They didn't even bother to bring me fresh towels after a two night stay, even when I mentioned to staff to notify them to do so.

On the first day I stayed the customer service person a lady not the guy was great with customer service the cleaning stuff was also great with customer service when trying to rebook for an additional day through the apps it was full getting the room through the hotel was almost triple the price and the counter person again which was a guy didn't really care but basically it was way too much for the type of hotel or motel it was

The person that checked us in did not read my reservation and put us in a smoking room and We are non smoker. He did not mentioned that the room he was putting us in is a smoking room. We checked in drop off our bags after completing a 3 hours trip. We didn’t notice the scent in the room until we came back to the room after 1:30 AM.We were there for a wedding in the area and thought that this would be a convenient place to stay. Anyway, The next Day there was someone else at the reservation desk. After explaining myself and the situation and telling her that we need the room to have 2 beds. They eventually changed the room to a non Smoking room to a king size bed. I was once again disappointed in my how my complaint was handled. I was told that the manager will be on site the next day. He never was never there. The guy that checked us in did not apologize but rather tried to make it seems that it was our fault. I will never go back here again. The rooms had no closet or space to store personal belongings if you’re staying more than 2 days. The soap liquid was not working both rooms.

Room was ok. Not a hotel where you feel welcome, or enjoy lounging about. If you want an oasis for family to enjoy, this isn't it. Beds were clean and did not smell, but they were very used.

I booked a king bed for 2 days for $343.00. After my 1st day, I went out. When I came back, all personnel belongings that I left were gone. I had no soap, sponges, deodorant or my cologne. Later around 9pm, they assigned my room to another couple who came in and opened my door. The couple were surprised and I was deeply disappointed. The whole building stinked( hallways, the room and elevator). If you are thinking about a cup of tea, forget it let alone breakfast.

Im giving this 1 star because of the bedbugs. The room was clean but the bedbugs were a huge issue for me. I didn’t just see 1, I witnessed 5 of them. Never again will I stay there or recommend it to anyone. Which is unfortunate because the rooms are pretty, staff is polite, check-in & check-out is simple, and the area is convenient to airports and food. Although bedbugs is just a huge NO especially because I had my 8 year old child with me. Big NO NO!

Our room was really nice.It was clean and comfy. The front staff was friendly,except i had to ask housekeeping for something and she didnt speak english. The carpet in the halls could use a cleaning or replaced. Other than that id stay here again! The parking was free, just tricky to find.

To small,no table to eat at,no chair to sit in, the toilet flush control is behind your back up under a small opening under the sink countertop,no iron in the room, nowhere to put your clothes except either in your luggage or on the night stand. The few good things were overshadowed by the bad things. It's sad that you would ask me for a review of my hotel stay but want allow me to upload pictures

Didn’t get a good nights sleep, there was a dog barking in the hallway and a man yelling at the front clerk about his money. I was a little afraid for myself and daughter after hearing the man yelling at staff like that.

I requested a refund from my stay and they keep giving me a run around saying a manger not there then when we got there the sheets was dirty I had to go out and buy some cause if they giving dirty sheets why would I ask for more then the air conditioner was so dusty you turn it on the dusty blowing the windows was close off you can’t see out of them or open it the phone don’t work oh it not quite hotel people play loud music all day you hear dog barking and everything my stay was horrible I will never book here again for 600 dollars yeah okay

Filthy and horrible smell of weed smokers, terrible customer service and dirty room. No toiletries & no attempt to clean up the room for the second day stay. Will never recommend for a worst enemy and will never and ever to back for free.
