Hotels.com screwed me and couldn't care less. I drove from Denver to Silverton which is not a short drive and as I was getting close to Silverton, the hotel called me to say they didn't have a room for me.
The customer service from Hotels.com was atrocious and disrespectful. I'll never use Hotels.com again. They offered to put me up on a room in Telluride. Telluride might be close to Silverton but only if you want to drive on a sketchy 4wd road. Otherwise it's a 2 hour drive and nowhere near I needed to be.
The customer service rep did not care about this inconvenience and acted like they were doing me a favor. It was a joke. I was on the phone with them over 2 hours constantly being put on hold. Could hardly even understand the lady. I was obviously upset which caused her to just keep laughing at me and arguing with me. She said " I'll refund your money or take the room in Telluride. Those are your only two options" They didn't offer anything else for my inconvenience. Terrible experience dealing Hotels.com and ruining my trip.

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including breakfast, recommendations, and general conversation. Overall loved it, the town, and will stay again!

This bed and breakfast is so cute and Wendi the hostess was wonderful. She immediately made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing. It is an older place and the room was small but my husband and i thought it was so cute. They have 3 hot tubs and a sauna. Robes and flip flops were provided along with towels to use for getting out of the hot tub. I would definitely stay again.

The B&B is very well located, the building is historical and well maintained. Pam’s explanation about the history of the town, the owner’s family history and some of the furniture made us appreciate this B&B even more.
Pam’s breakfast dishes were excellent and the breakfast area was very cozy making us feel as if we were in your own living room. Importance to detail is evident. There is a basket at the foot of the stairs with clean pieces of rags to be used to clean the soles of the shoes, pets paws, etc. There is a comfortable backyard with chairs and tables to relax.
Overall we recommend this B&B highly and we look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful, quaint B&B. The room was small but the bed was great, as was the water pressure. And it’s pet friendly. Manager Pam made us feel at home.
