A pleasant overnight stay at Tom's Court. Excellent location for a City stay.

Good Spot only a few tram stops from the CBD on King.
Room was clean and spacious although the size of the bathroom was a little o/t.
Staff all very friendly and some decent eat spots nearby.

Had a 2 night stay for a doctor's visit in Adelaide. Chose Toms court because of location and price. Very happy with the choice. Quick friendly check in , comfortable room on the 10th floor and great location on the edge of CBD. An excellent Italian restaurant next door who give you 10% discount when you show your Toms hotel keycard. Will stay there again on my next visit in November

We had a great one-night stay in a superior twin room with balcony. Our check-in was mildly delayed while we waited for our room (after 2pm). The beds were very comfortable, the room had an espresso machine with pods and the tv had chromecast so we could watch Disney and Netflix from our phones. We had a short walk to Gouger Street for dinner. I would recommend staying here.

Well priced, clean, modern. Bit of a walk to the places i wanted to go but taxie was easy. Well worth it, will stay again.

Reception Staff were excellent and engaging, also possessed good local knowledge. The only issue I had was that in the 4 nights I stayed, the room was not made up

Good property. Nice rooms and staff were very helpful. Parking situation isn’t the best but it’s still available.

Check in girl was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but a good size - no chair (just a bar stool) but the balcony with a table and chairs was an unexpected wonderful surprise! Loved having a mini fridge and microwave- they even supplied a couple of plates, bowls and cutlery.

Room was nice, only issue was a loud whistling noise coming from the door that kept us awake all night.

Wonderful stay thank you, easy to find, friendly staff. Fabulous room.

*Pros:*
1. Close to CBD Fringe, Restaurants and Public Transport
2. Comfortable bed and good sets of pillows
*Cons:*
1. The shower recess and tiles around the main entrance to the bathroom felt sticky underfoot.
2. The room screen was extremely dusty which triggered my asthma attack. When I advised the reception manager about this not even a word of apologies was given but only commented “ok”.
3. The amenities were fairly average.
Overall an okay experience. The overall cleanliness in the room as well as the bathroom shower recess needs more attention to details.
The staff seems not concerned about the feedback I have provided when I checked out notifying them of my experience. It is quite disappointing that they have shown no concern.
I have to rethink if I will stay again at this hotel on my next visit to Adelaide.

Very good value for what you get.

Loose toilet roll holder, bathroom sink drained very slow and the shower door didnt stop the water coming out into the bathroom area.
Other then that it has good views and very close to the food district and veery clean spacious rooms

I really enjoyed my stay at Tom’s court. When I arrived I got to my room and after unpacking I went to put the tv on and there was no remote, so I went to reception and they said they would bring one up. Didn’t take long at all to get to my room. I then tried to turn in on and the tv wouldn’t turn on with the remote or button on the tv. So I went down to reception again and she was very helpful and changed my room. The next room was great! I stayed for a while and the last day after house keeping come in I had no flannels but that is minor! Great friendly staff that very happy to help.
Will recommend!

I will definitely be staying at Toms Court on my next trip to Adelaide….Great 😄

Nice clean room with microwave which was useful

When we arrived at the hotel the staff member was on the phone. We waited for around 5 to 10 minutes before they ended the call. Only to be addressed rudely, no greeting simply what do you want? We had arrived an hour before the official check-in time and had advised of our early arrival. The staff member didn't even check if our room was ready and just said leave your bags and come back at 2pm. Other staff were much better

Nice place.
Just the entrance of the hotel not easy to find.

Good experience overall. Bathroom very clean. Easy after hours check in. Quite. Good condition. Blanket has black stains, and the toilet ventilation system is too noisy when it’s on.

Reception closed early and they didnt notify us and bags were locked away and we almost missed our flight. Excuse was oops we forgot about you. Safety deposit still not returned a week later!!!

Love location ,staff balcony

The location of this property is very convenient. The room was clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable. The servicing of the room was adequate rather than good; tea and coffe - making resources were minimal.

Although the very small room was clean and modern, the tornado wind noise coming through the door was horrific! When I complained about it to reception, I was told to put a towel on the gap of the door and that is a common problem! Ok....if it's a common problem, then fix it!! Or supply each room with a draught blocking sausage, don't just tell us to put one of our clean towels on the floor!
Then when we got into bed, I had to remake it as the bottom of the sheets (top and bottom) were so far up the bed the mattress was left exposed by a good foot!
During the night the room got quite stuffy, so I turned the (very oversized) AC on, but the light showing the temperature was so bright it lit up the room to almost daylight....
Apart from these issues the room had a great view and was well supplied with a basic kitchen and handy coffee machine. The reception staff were lovely, but the parking is a bit annoying being so far away. In saying that, $25 to park is a lot cheaper than what some hotels charge in the city, so worth a 250mt walk.
One night was plenty though, I can't imagine how some people survived living there in Covid lockdown.

We did not like to have our car parking 2 blocks away.

First time staying here, will definitely be coming back! Very clean and surprisingly spacious rooms. Friendly staff, the only thing was the on-site parking needs to be reserved ahead of time which we didn’t know.

Windows were very very dirty. Balcony was very dirty. Shower glass and floor very dirty. Bathroom sink doesn't drain properly and fills with water very quickly. Bathroom floor gritty.
Counters had marks from previous occupants. Glass rings and sticky drips all over counter. Coffee pod machine leaked water everywhere.
Walls are not soundproofed as we could hear other hotel guests inside their rooms. Deposit is NOT refunded straight away when they say it is.

It's quite okay place but there is no parking.

Perfect location to explore the centre of Adelaide. Also next door to an Italian restaurant which is popular with locals. Amazing views of the city from the higher floors. Room quiet and clean. Would stay again.
5.0
An excellent affordable place to stay in the Adelaide CBD. Rooms are relatively dark and quiet. The balcony rooms have nice views. Though the rooms are small they are quite functional for one person or maybe two. And not expensive for a CBD location - good if you don't have a car.

Good room size, well appointed for the price and very clean. Location was also good. however the front desk service was a real let down as was the lack of food at the self-serve breakfast kiosk. Its a real shame that the infrastructure is great but the service is lacking.
4.0
Only thing missing was the water for the coffee machine
5.0
Clean and tidy. Value for money and very convenient.
