This was a perfect and adorable apartment overlooking the ocean. We loved it!

My parents just had 2 night stay. They liked it a lot because of the easy check in and the convenient location with ocean view, 2 minute walk to the main beach and attractions. Even there was not water for one night and the Internet was broken but overall it was a nice stay!

We loved our stay at this apartment. We were a little nervous about the location over the train station (noise) and prior reviews that the back third bedroom was hot as there was no AC in that room. Both were not issues for us. We loved the central location and the views of the water from the apartment. The train station noise did not bother us in the slightest. Everything about the stay was terrific. The one thing to note is that there really isn't a large sitting room where everyone can gather comfortably if you are using the third room as a bedroom. Our family of 5 (three adult children and two parents) spent most of our time outside so this was not an issue. if you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment and you have a group the size of ours, just be prepared to have to convert the back bedroom to a sitting room each day (the bed is a pull out couch).

My husband and I stayed at this charming little spot with our three teenagers (15, 17, 19). The girls shared one room and our son had his own room which had a fold out bed next to our room. Our son is 6’4” and slept fine in this room. The only downfall was this is the only room without an air conditioning unit and the window in the room opened to the train station. It did have a Dyson fan which helped a lot! They supplied towels for the beach and a basket of snacks which was a nice touch. The washing machine was the added bonus! The location was fantastic! Yes, the train was a little noisy but we all sleep with a fan noise from our phones so really it wasn’t a problem. Great stay and hope to return some day!

Such a great location and very welcoming. It was so nice to have a full
Kitchen and laundry during our stay. They even bought us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! Highly recommend this place and would stay there again!

Apartment is conveniently located in the Monterosso train station, and sits above the promenade. If you're traveling by train, this is a huge plus. The location does come with train and people noise that starts early and ends late. The bonus is the promenade sits between you and the sea. The apartment is average. It has a lots of white furniture and cold marble flooring. Broken window hardware, mold in tub, and broken shower during our visit (not ideal after hiking and walking all day, every day). Was not about to bathe in a moldy tub. We were offered 100 euro refund (which still has not been received) for our shower issue which is a bit disappointing considering four un-showered people together for four days. Apartment is advertised as a three bedroom. It's really a two bedroom with a pullout sofa in a third room. This room sits in the back of the unit closest to the train station and is much noisier and warmer than the front rooms. A heads up for families or groups, apartment is advertised as sleeps six, which it could, but pricing is based on two and there are additional fees for additional people. Sadly, being this VRBO listing is run by a business and not a homeowner, it felt more like a business transaction than a warm, caring experience.

Location is phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay. Coffee and croissants were a pleasant surprise. The view can’t be beat. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean … priceless.
