Located in the heart of Umeda, this hotel was a great find. Nestled right around the corner from the 24h Donki and also a Round 1 arcade / bowling centre, this is a good base for those wanting to party and also be a good travel base for Osaka. Room was reasonably sized but had great amenitiies. No complaints. Staff were also great at communicating. There is also a 7-11 downstairs for all your needs including atms that work with international cards.
A bit of a trek from Osaka and Umeda Stations but not too far.

Good location, though 5 mins walk to the Umeda train station. Nice to be connected to a 7/11. Good food nearby and a few department stores at Umeda.
Toilet paper was pretty thin, that's all :)

Very good location. Near subway station and restaurants.
The view from the restaurant was amazing (although the food was not really spectacular).
Staff were very polite.
No water provided. We came from different parts of Japan so we were hotel-hopping. All of them had a daily supply of water, except for those that had potable water. Water was not potable in Via Inn, I was told, and they did not even have a daily supply.

Well-maintained, clean, thoughtful structural features in the room (e.g. wall pocket for clock and usb port built into head board), posh looking lobby, friendly staff, 7 eleven attached to lobby.
Location is not as accessible as it looks on Google maps. Quite a long walk (about 15 mins) from Osaka Station which has numerous exits and got confusing. Maybe provide instructions on how to walk from Osaka Station through the underground mall on the booking listing.

The convenience and the location and the service is excellent.
We live in the room beside the road The loud noise till 3 a.m. really make us uncomfortable.

Location, cleanliness, that even when there's no room clean up, they provide new sets of towels.
No gym, only one usb charging port, not enough hangers

I had a tough time trying to use Google Map from Osaka JR Station to this property. I circled round the streets for at least 45 mins, lugging my heavy luggage, had to return to the taxi stand and get into a taxi. After the driver dropped me along the street, again, I had to search for the property, very much tucked away, what with all the glitzy shops, restaurants around, the noise and the human traffic. Once inside my room, it was peaceful. The room is atypical of Japanese properties and I was impressed with the cleanliness. Staff was helpful and Japanese buffet breakfast at level 12 was a delight. Value for money indeed.
Directions to the hotel, its location is most obscure.

The breakfast was great, location, cleanliness and staff all amazing. Staff tried their best to help despite not knowing much English. The 7/11 attached to the building was fantastic. Everything was in walking distance and I felt safe all the time here in Umeda. People are very friendly.
Breakfast was a little repetitive but other than that I enjoyed my stay here and the food was of good quality so I can't really complain.

The other review says true that this place is hard to find if you are not familiar with the place although if you search in maps it looks like its quiet near osaka mrt station . It is also connected through underground passes however as we explore and became familiar actually the shortcuts makes it less than 10 mins walk to osaka station . You just take follow the nort gate exit at osaka station .stay in ground floor and not the underground passes because thats the fastest way .umeda is avery happening place with alot of food options in the late nights and early hour of the day .theres also a 5 min walk 24 hrs donki store where you can get all the shopping that you needed and that famous sweet potato . Theres also ippudon ramen nearby . And a gashapon store so overall this was a very happening place! The room was small and the design is more for the business side with only a hanger rod for jackets . But you will definetly overlook it because of the tons you can explore in this area . Its more closer to cheaper food compared to osaka station . Theres a bearby udon place accross the street that is cheap because it was frequented by students . And if your staying longer in japan theres a self service laundry room at the 12th floor .downstairs the lobby is connected to 711
Notging this place is perfect
