This listing is spot on. It was a perfect place for our large group and it was right in the heart of everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

So many things to do in the area, street parking was relatively easy given the area. Great communication, clear instructions and was really easy to get into the place. Brought a group of 13 and would absolutely stay here again.

Our group of 12 stayed here. There are 6 bedrooms which we needed for our large get together. Great location, walking neighborhood, close to river trail, and lots of room in the property to spend time together. We used the 3rd floor (2nd unit) for the 2 bedrooms; we didn't use its living area or kitchen. The staircases are quite steep on both flights so we stayed on 1st floor for lounging. I was surprised after our stay to receive a curt message from host "Stained couch. It needs to be professionally cleaned". I messaged back to find out which couch was stained and what it was, because we checked everything before we left. I never got a response from host. I was charged $100 additional. I didn't realize at the time that one of our party went through the property when we arrived and took pictures of items that weren't in great condition from the start-- this was one of them! The 2nd unit/upstairs couch had a stain which was covered by the host's comforter. We didn't stain it, but it was there and we were blamed for it. (did the cleaning crew miss it from the last guests or did those guests get charged too?) For future visitors, take pictures when you get there... there were bleach stains on the carpet....wall mounted toilet in 1st floor pulls away from the wall... 1st floor couch cushion has a huge bubble... While we liked the property, I felt taken advantage of by the host at the very end.

Every was very nice. Common areas were large and very nicely appointed. We had a problem with the AC which was fixed. Communication with owner was good.

We needed to house a couple of families with kids ages ranging from 0-10, as close to downtown Pittsburgh as possible for a family reunion. The location was perfect, we rented both apartments and it worked out very well. All appliances in working order and plenty of space for everyone. Only cons: - the neighbors in building had a party at one point so there were a lot of strangers mulling around the common stairwell, leaving front entrance unlocked. After that day/evening though no issues. - we were locked out of the rooftop area at one point and was not able to get ahold of management company in time to resolve. - garage space too narrow for car - would have loved access to a vacuum/broom and basic cleaning supplies for everyday maintenance - no direct contact for management company in case of emergency
