A short family vacation in St. Louis. Our stay at this property was just perfect. As our days in St. Louis were busy, the property provided us with the perfect place to start our days and after our busy days the perfect place to wind down and relax. The property was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. The property owners were also great to work with. They checked in with us during our stay as well.

My family stayed at the house and was very pleased with everything. All as advertised and a very cordial and responsive host. We will book again!

The home was exactly as described, was very clean, and the perfect set up for our three kids and two dogs. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay again!

So Clean. So Quiet. So Furnished. So Perfectly Located. Love Love Loved our stay!! I could go on and on with compliments about this property. Will absolutely try and stay again on future trips to St. Louis.

I had little contact with the manager before or during the visit. With a crawling infant in our party we were aware of the crumbs that were on the floor when we arrived and the exposure of the wires on the bottom of the refrigerator as the plate was missing that normally covers them. Also a baby gate was available but was too small to cover the opening of the stairwell. We did see a new one downstairs but had not been put into place. We were glad for the basement though as the horns blew for a tornado spotted when we were there! Being a dead end street in front of the house we did enjoy the quietness of the street!! The location was very close to the zoo. It was roomy for the seven of us and we had a good time. Thank you! There is another home for rent next door for added information

The neighborhood is really quiet, within walking distance of a few restaurants, unfortunately, there aren't sidewalks the entire way there. The house itself was really clean, you walked in and it smelled like lemons. Which is preferable over the floral scents most places use. So if you're like me and floral scents drive your sinuses crazy it's a nice change. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house other than late afternoons. Our youngest loved playing darts. We brought our own dog cage, but the hosts also had one set up in the basement for use. The only complaints I have are superficial the back patio door sticks, so my daughter's were unable to open/close it. The cold air return/register is outside the bedroom doors and it's very loud as the furnace seemed to constantly be running. This was probably just an us issue, but the a/c was set to 77. We turned it down to 66 just to cool the house down for when we'd return and by late afternoon it'd still be in the 70's.

We were there with our son, daughter in law and grandsons, exploring St. Louis for spring break. The house is much roomier than it would appear from the outside and very well equipped. The location was perfect...we could walk to the zoo, park, coffee house, wonderful pizza place and if you go, highly recommend Sonny's Margarita! Liz was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect, pet friendly get away that was so close to hot spots in Dogtown and the Hill! Spacious, clean updated house with plenty of space for families and pets! House is located on a dead end street so traffic was local. Lisa was very prompt in answering any questions and was so easy to work with! The Martins will be back soon to stay!

Great floor plan and utilization of space on main floor as well as basement; comfortably furnished; quiet being on a street that dead ends. Proximity to Forest Park and the zoo, museum, etc is great. We very much enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we’re back!

We loved the location of this property. It was roomy, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location. Restaurants and bars within easy walking distance in this quaint neighborhood. Forest Park, Missouri Botanical Gardens and The Hill District were a quick drive away. All adults in our group stated they could see themselves living here. Thank you for opening your property to us. It was perfect!

This property was all we needed and more. It was on a quiet street and so easy to get to and easy to get to the zoo, science center and St Louis downtown. Very friendly and accommodating manager Elizabeth answered all questions promptly.

This is a clean and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood approximately a 5 minute drive from the St. Louis Zoo and other Forest Park attractions. It's well stocked with items needed for daily living. Our family of five had plenty of room to spread out after busy days of sightseeing. We appreciated the ease of check in and check out and the clear communication from the hosts.

We loved this clean and updated house. Well located, close to everything. Would have loved having a full length mirror anywhere in the house.

The home was as decribed. All the necessities for a fun & comfortable visit to St. Louis for our family of 6. Basement was a great hide away for the kids after a long day at the zoo or the city museum. The house is very walkable to neighborhood restaurants & maybe even the zoo (although we didn't due to the age of some of our family). The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. Perfect amount of city feel with a neighborhood setting. Loved the QR code link to the homeowners visitor guide website. Gave great tips on restaurants! King bed was a little hard but all the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean & comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials although we only cooked breakfasts and snacks. We would definitely stay here again if/when we visit St. Louis again.

Great house - close to everything. Our family loved the open floor plan for our get-together. We hosted a First Communion reception there with our out of town family as our house is being renovated and it was great to have so much space in the main living area plus the downstairs for the kids. This property will definitely be on the short list for future visits from family.

The house is located in a cute old Irish neighborhood. It is close to highway and downtown. It was perfect for me and my friend to take our 5 kids for a quick get away over spring break. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The only down fall is the house/sheets/towels have definitely had some wear/tear from past guests. I did mention it to host and she was receptive and said they would look into it. Overall though I would book from this host again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found this home to be exactly as advertised. We had 5 adults and one 14 month old. The open floor plan was great for both the adults and toddler. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room was great for eating Thanksgiving dinner and playing games. The living room easily fit all of us around a large/comfortable sectional sofa. All beds were comfortable with each bedroom having good closet space. Essentially every room in the house had a TV - for those interested. The basement was spacious and had a great ping pong table. Both bathrooms had excellent showers with the main floor bathroom also having a tub. Our host (Liz) was awesome and extremely responsive to our questions/needs. Overall, we could not have asked for better place/experience.
