We only stayed overnight and the lady who checked us in is nice and friendly. This place is only 2 mins walk to the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.

It was a decent deal at the price.

The hallways and room smelt like mildew, blankets were covered in stains, water pressure horrible, tons of hornets in window couldn’t open our window to enjoy fresh air from the mildew smell. The owners didn’t seemed concerned when I pointed it out when they replaced our blanket. We were told there would be a breakfast buffet, but it was only cereal. The faucet seemed broken had to tilt it just right in a weird direction for the water to not drip. Carpets in hallways needed to be vacuumed, our room didn’t seem like it was serviced by house keeping as the tissues were empty, toilet paper was not replenished, and overall just very unhappy. We won’t be back and do not recommend.

The room was OK, but there was a ring in the bathtub that looked permanent. There was a wet spot on the carpet in front of the refrigerator. The breakfast was 3 kinds of cereal, boiled eggs, toast and mini muffins. No hot food, not even a waffle maker. No friut. Pool was shut down for the season with no mention of this when i made the reservation. No elevator, had to drag the suitcases up the stairs. Small TV with about 12 channels.

Fan in bathroom was noisy. Towel and soap very small.

Nice quiet place off the main town road. Staff were really nice, friendly and willing to help with any of our needs. Our room was smaller than I would have liked but ok for just two of us

The owner was so gracious and so courteous but the overall hotel was disgusting. It's very dirty. They are clearly trying to squeeze every inch and every dollar out of that place. I think we (my family) might have been the only actually paying guests on the first floor, otherwise it was all the owners family members occupying the first floor.
They squeezed double beds into tiny rooms that should only have a king bed in it, and the bed frames are too big for the double beds-the bed frames are clearly for queen sized beds so watch your shins because you will leave with bruises.
The floor, which is carpet, was dirty and sticky. The walls were filthy and right next to the bed on the wall was a smeared bloody booger from a previous guest.
The bathroom was not any better either, aside from having the sink outside of the toilet and shower area, the shower curtain had never been washed and was very mildewy and brown. Entering the bathroom one time I found/saw a centipede crawl across the floor.

The staff provided 5 star hospitality! Location was easy to find. The premises could use some updates but for the price it was fine. The room and linens were clean. We got a good nights rest and back to our travels in the morning. The staff even made sure to remind us to get breakfast before leaving.

Interesting area in the middle of the woods. Hotel could use a remodel and some items were in need of repair. Very close to “downtown” with plenary to do there. Staff was friendly

Smelled like vacuum cleaner dust. Carpets all need replacement. Too expensive for little quality. Walkway up front dangerous at night without a guardrail.

The hosts were very friendly and sweet. The room was ok, the bathroom door handle was coming off. The carpet in the stairway had he’s in it. The pool was ice cold. It was ok if you were just sleeping , but nothing more.

VERY Nice owners! Friendly, accommodating. Location was great, folks very nice. Not a lot of amenities and no elevator. Had to take stairs with heavy luggage. Loved the folks who run/own the place. Fun, friendly and helpful. The stay was very pleasant indeed.

The lights in our room didn’t work unless you jiggled the cord(loose) I asked the (what looked like) maintenance guy and he said “yeah” waved his hand and went into a room. Never came to look at it. Asked the same guy for some towels and coffee for the room, did the exact same thing and never came back. The pool is ICE cold, no one could swim in it. And it’s apparently salt water The hot tub is shut down. The hot water in the rooms gets extremely hot, fast. I burnt myself a couple times and my son did in the shower also. The breakfast is small cups of coffee and mini muffins.

Cheap for the area. Basic accommodation.

Great break from camping! Indoor pool looked appealing. Good breakfast including hardboiled eggs. Friendly managers. Dog friendly. Just far enough away from crazy keystone.

If you need a place to sleep in transit to your next destination this place is okay. The AC went out at 2 am in the morning and everyone in the hotel was unable to get a hold of anyone from the staff. I booked 2 rooms and both rooms were dirty and had to be recleaned. The hot tub is broke and the pool is ice cold.
If you want a place for the family to enjoy then I recommended a place closer to the town. If you just want a basic room to sleep so you can wake up in the morning and continue your travel then this place will do.

Good location, just outside of the center of keystone. Close enough to the fun but far enough away to have quiet evenings. The staff was very friendly, the pool and pool deck were clean and well maintained. The room was small but cozy, mini fridge and microwave were available in the room.

I brought my dog with me who is not a service dog, but a support dog. The staff was very accommodating, and when it came to breakfast offered to watch my dog for me while I went in to get some food. I was super impressed with the attention that I saw that they gave to their guests.

Overall an okay stay. It had a great view and premium location. Bathroom appeared it hadn't been cleaned from last guest. A/C wasn't turned on and it took a while for the room to cool down. The price was reasonable for the room. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The pool was closed for some reason.

Suma (one of the owners) is an upbeat, wonderful host who was amazing from atart to finish. We had a late check-in due to a travel-related issue, and she was so friendly and welcoming to ensure that we had a great stay. The hotel was so amazing that we extended our stay one extra day. Free breakfast is always a plus, and the indoor pool is clean and beautiful. The property is a 3 minute drive from downtown historic Keystone and about 12 minutes to Mount Rushmore. Incredible stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
