Very nice studio.

It was very comfortable and close to town centre.

Curtains in bedroom were to light woke very early would be better with blackout ones.

Very good

Excellent value for money. Clean with good bathroom amenities. Comfortable temperature inside- stayed cool in the day and stayed warm at night

Small and narrow parking area- we found it best to park several minutes walk away from the property in wider streets.

Lovely week in Ilkley

Great location with parking, plenty of room despite it being a studio apartment, it was clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. It was also good having a small space to sit outside. Ilkley is a lovely place with plenty to do but also a great base for visiting nearby towns and villages.

The parking space was tight - might be difficult if you had a large car.

disappointed by owners lack of support

neat apartment. complete with all essential items.

we had a problem with a bird that had fallen down the chimney and was trapped behind the fireplace panel. we could hear it flapping repeatedly and when we advised the owners they didn’t keep us up to date with any way of solving the issue. ultimately it wasn’t resolved and this was very disappointing.

A lovely studio, comfy, clean and cozy with easy access to the town, recommended 😊

The property had everything needed, very comfortable and clean. The owner communicated efficiently and kindly left some snacks and milk in the fridge. The instructions and directions to the studio were excellent. The studio is well located with a short walk to the town centre.

stressful for what should have been an easy last minute booking. avoid!

property was warm and clean

not obvious at all on booking a no refundable place that a £250 security deposit was required, this was hidden in important information, after booking. following this there was 2 x Photo ID required and multiple page terms and conditions. this unsettled me and ruined my stay. I had a final reminder to fill the forms in and an e mail telling me to vacated the property on time or I would be changed another day. sorry, but far to stressful for a weekend away, so I would not recommend what so ever.

nice stay,close to town centre

The studio bedroom and kitchen diner were nice and warm as it was well below freezing outside,the kitchen had tea,coffee and milk in the fridge,nice welcome.

The bathroom was a nice,modern bathroom,very clean,however it was absolutely freezing for some reason.it needs a radiator

A fantastic, cosy and well-equipped studio flat in a great location.

It was really clean, well equipped and was just right for what I needed. The location is great: it is quiet and there are shops within walking distance. The price is great for what you get. It was nice to have some milk and breakfast items just in case! All of the facilities are new and up to date, the bathroom is lovely and the whole place has lots of character.

It was a bit tricky to park with the small wall! I ended up using street parking.

Great studio flat only 5 mins walk from Ilkely town centre

Lovely studio flat, exactly as described and great value for money. Located on a quiet street with allocated parking. Very clean and also a nice touch that they provided tea, milk, sugar, breakfast cereal etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
