House itself was lovely, there were very few amenities included. Spent vacation time and money on things that should’ve been included such as towels. When I contacted the management group I was told there should be 2 towels per bedroom. There was not, but even if there was, we had 7 people staying in the house for 4-5 nights. Zero games or books within the house. Things in the house had issues. Kitchen faucet was basically worthless, the faucet in the loft leaked and had to be shut off for the duration of our stay. Ceiling fans didn’t work in the loft, the lawn wasn’t overly maintained. One bedroom had no closet and no window access. Nothing in the house except for beds was set up for 7+ people. Living room and nook table did not provide enough seating for everyone. We had to look through the sofa for a lost cell phone and under the cushions was nasty and obviously not cleaned between visits. I feel like the listing was misleading. The “private pool” is a part of the Tamarind resort area and not on the house property. The closest beach is un-swimmable due to rocks which nothing was said about. There was very little that we could walk to and the listing made it appear that it is closer to things than it actually is. We needed to contact the property manager a few times and the response was slow to come. Usually we get a response within minutes, and typically it took to the next day to get a response. The guide book code was different than the email I received and was confusing
