Mi Casa is ideally located in Sea Pines, halfway between Harbour Town and the South Beach Marina. It's an easy 15-minute bike ride on the nearby bike paths to either, and just a five-minute ride to the beach.

The well-appointed 4 bedroom/4 bath luxury vacation home in Hilton Head has just been refurbished, and every bedroom has an HD TV and new luxury foam mattresses. In addition, every bathroom has a shower/bath combination.

As you enter the two-story property, you notice the tall ceilings and bright open feeling that extends throughout the first floor. From the foyer you can enter the cozy den which boasts a new sleeper sectional and smart TV. From there you can enter the Great Room, with towering ceilings and HD TV. Continuing through the Great Room will lead you out onto the deck, with a private pool and beautiful views of the wooded landscape.

Adjacent to the Great Room is the eat-in kitchen, with loads of cabinet and counter space. The kitchen table seats 10, and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. kitchen is well stocked and leads to a full bathroom with tub/shower and a spacious laundry room. There is garage access off the laundry room.

Between the Laundry room and the foyer, there is a lovely appointed dining room and seats an additional 6 guests.

The Master bedroom on the first floor features a king bed and a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, double vanities and a huge closet. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, including a queen suite and another queen bedroom. The fourth bedroom is a kid's delight, with 2 twin over full bunks, in addition to 2 queen beds, the room will sleep 10. The bedroom has cozy seating and a TV, ideal for setting up video games or just watching TV or your DVDs .Outside, the patio has plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, including loungers surrounding the pool to catch the sun. The setting is very private, with woods behind the property. Mi Casa's comfortable amenities and tucked away location will make your Hilton Head Vacation one you'll always remember.

First summer in Hilton Head with the whole family including 5 grandchildren aged 5-9. Great location and house was a pleasure. Only real complaint was pool was not cleaned upon arrival and we were unable to use it 3 of the 14 days of our stay. After numerous calls to rental company, the pool company owner came and dealt with issue. He ended up spending 3 hours cleaning and adjusting chemicals on Monday morning which was another lost day for the pool.

Pool was nasty and did not come to clean until Tuesday evening and told us not to swim until Wednesday. Did not vacuum all the sand from bottom of pool just dumped in chemicals. The upstairs shower head fell off and the repair man came out but never fixed it. I have been renting in sea pines for 10 plus years and never had this issue.

Beautiful, spacious home that was perfect for our first trip to Hilton Head! Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Great sized private pool in backyard. Highly recommend!!!

The house was very nice and clean with great location to golf courses, shops and restaurants. Even though we didn’t use the pool or the hot tub bc of cooler temps in April, it was very dirty. Not cleaned before we arrived on Thursday and someone didn’t come out to clean it until Saturday afternoon. Just would have been a nicer view if it was clean. Otherwise, we were very happy with the house and very spacious for a large family/friend group.

Myself and friends stayed here for a girls weekend. The house was super nice, clean, and ample sleeping space. Although it is not right along the beach, there is an easy bike path to get there. Would definitely come back!!

House and swimming pool were lovely! Hilton head Island with its beautiful bike paths and beaches was perfect! We had two problems with the house during our 7 day stay. #1 The heating element in the laundry dryer stopped working on day two. This was an inconvenience. Property management gave us extra towels, which helped. The dryer was fixed by day six. #2 the upstairs, private bedroom suite was hotter than Hades. Shade screens on the windows, better insulation and A/C (perhaps a window unit?) could remedy the situation. We would not return to this house again because of this problem. The kitchen was adequate. However, we were not given enough dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent to last more than two days. There was no paper towels or kitchen towels when we arrived. Other than that… We enjoyed our stay, and spent much of our time in the pool when we weren’t biking or beaching it.

The house was the perfect size for our large family and accommodated 4 couples plus young children. We enjoyed the back patio and pool which was nicely shaded for part of the day. The house is located on a quiet street and centrally located in Sea Pines, with easy access to the bike trails. It was a bit far to walk to the beach with a lot of beach gear and young children, but just a short 5 minute bike ride. Our only complaint would be some of the appliances could be updated including the dishwasher which was nearly falling out of the wall, and the dryer which got so hot it melted a few pieces of clothing. Otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This location was lovely in a nice neighborhood with deer in the backyard daily, our own pool, short bike ride to the beach access #22, access to pickleball courts (for a fee), restaurants, and shopping.The upstairs Bonus Room which slept 8 was the perfect sleeping/movie haven for our 6 granddaughters ranging from 13 to 20 years old. The property could use some TLC: deep cleaning of pool, some wood repair, but mostly very good condition. The property management was responsive in a short time for the two things that needed to be fixed when we moved in. I would recommend this property.

This house is beautiful! Every room was furnished for function and style. It was the perfect place to stay with multiple families. There were rooms for everyone to hangout in so that we didn’t feel cramped together. The pool was amazing as well. Our six kids (as well as many grown ups) swam in it everyday of our trip. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a fantastic vacation! We did regret not renting bikes as it was a bit of a walk to get to the beach. If we had bikes with a trailer we would have been better prepared. We still walked to the beach, we just packed lightly.

Home would handle quite a large group. Had issues with the management company’s delayed responses. We arrived to unusual wind storm. Pool and surrounding deck was uninhabitable and not able to use. I spent hours cleaning up. Called management company about it. Sadly, they didn't send anyone to clean up. Wanted to use a warm spa but was told they needed 7 days before request. We were there for 2 weeks and it never happened. We did get a lot of excuses as to why they could not fix it. Asked for pool attendant to help clean pool after so much debris in pool even though I skimmed as much as I could. Pool is serviced twice a week. So we had to wait several days. Spoke to attendant and he said he would have came out earlier if contacted. That isn’t what the management company told me. They said the cleaning company was too busy because of this wind storm. Location is a bit of a walk to the ocean but manageable. Bring a wagon for the kiddos though. It’s too far for them. Kitchen has plenty of supplies to cook at home. Lots of towels but no beach towels. Large utility room with large washer and dryer. BBQ was inadequate so didn't use but once. It is on a private and lovely backyard. Was allowed to park in garage but no clicker to open so had to run into house to open and close garage. Not a big deal just inconvenient. Master bedroom suite on first floor. Plenty of closet space. Spacious. The end of our stay we realized the AC in Master bedroom was not working for some reason. Fortunately it was not too hot at the time we stayed. Remaining bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, clean & large. Beaches in this area are quiet and lovely. Sea Pines is a wonderful area to stay in with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Lawton Farms has farm animals to feed. Little ones love it. Bike paths are fun. Great way to get around. Hilton Head is a great family friendly beach area to enjoy.

Overall the rental was good. House was lovely, neighborhood nice. Asked for pool heater to be turned on but was told it was not working. Asked for compensation since that's one of the reasons we selected this rental and our request was ignored. Took a few requests to get it a response to request to at least clean the pool.

The property is very nice but I felt we were kind of deceived because the time of the year we went demanded a heated pool. I had pre-paid $100 a day to make that happen and had talked to you at least twice making sure that would be the case it never happened. if I had had known that ahead of time, I would not have rented this home for my family. It was a huge disappointment to my grandchildren.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The area was beautiful and close to stores and restaurants. We had daily visits from some deer in the backyard. Overall it was a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay.
