We had a lovely one night stay on a visit to Canterbury, the annexe was very spacious and had everything that we required. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, nice clean bathroom, good wifi, parking right outside, all very good. Deborah was very helpful prior to our stay to make sure we found the entrance with no problems and met us at the property to show us around. We would definitely recommend a stay in the annexe.

The level of furnishing and fittings were probably the best I’ve ever encountered in a rental. Really quiet, superb location.
Very clean, very quiet, out of the way, exceptionally high standards and very modern.

Outstanding contemporary Annexe in a beautiful location. Accommodating and friendly owners. Spotless and well equipped. Quiet, Safe, Gated property.
The property is a very large one bedroom annexe with a kitchen containing a washing machine , microwave , coffee machine , instant hot tap, a stove, cutlery and crockery, kettle and toaster. The place has air-con, under floor heating in the bedroom, integrated blinds , a very comfy bed, power shower, plenty of storage, plenty of plugs, free fast WiFi . The list goes on.. this is very well equipped for either leisure or work trips and although it feels extremely remote it is 10 minutes from Whitstable and Canterbury and has a good phone signal (no signal in the toilet for some reason ) . The owners were helpful lovely people who couldn't do more to help.
In terms of self catering accommodation What you get here for your money is better than anything rose I've found in the area . Also space for one car and the property is gated giving a feeling of safety. Shame they won't take dogs but they explained they had dig related damage before so we completely understand why they won't take dogs now .
We came for one night with our baby. Plenty of room for the travel cot . We all had a great sleep and will definitely come again .
Nothing we didn't like but in terms of feedback for improvement we would say that the annexe should be given a name of its own and better signage out the front because the postcode covers a broad area .

The property was very modern and spacious, we both loved the open layout it was decorated perfectly. The bedroom was spacious and homely which was nice after a long drive. The bathroom was lovely and the sink was amazing we wasn’t batting for room at any point of the stay and the kitchen had everything and more.
From start to finish we was greeted very warmly and shown around the property which was very nice and it made us feel very welcome. I cannot fault any part of the stay at all.

Peacefully located, saw plenty of wildlife including a passing fox. Decor light and conducive of calmness.
Would have liked a wall clock to refer to. This doesn't warrant the sad face icon though, it's just a comment to say a clock would be useful ,cannot turn off the silly sad face
