Disappointing

The bathroom had pubic and human hair on the floor We complained and sent photos and they advised they would resend their cleaners to clean again. The next day I sent more photos as it had still not been cleaned properly. They said they felt it was the mop! We complained and were advised that some sort of refund would be discussed They eventually, after many emails gave us $100 refund for the two nights but the whole experience was very disappointing We had to repeatedly email for information on the refund, we were not kept up to date when we were the ones who had the very disgusting experience

This accommodation is located well for travellers and the gastro pub across the road is a great destination for dinner.

Loved the welcoming, high-end interiors that added a touch of warmth and luxury to our trip. The artwork was an added attraction as was the high quality of the bedding and linen and the toiletries provided. The snacks and refreshments were generous with good quality teas and coffee pods in offer.

A comfortable couple of days. I have no hesitation in highly recomending these units.

Ease of booking in remotely. Plenty of space. Quality fittings throughout (even down to quality toilet paper!) Comfortable couch. Large flat screen TV. Straight across from good pub/restaurant.

Modern motel, no Daylesford country kitch

The rooms were very clean and new. The heater worked perfectly. The TV was a decent size. The art on the walls and in coffee table books was a nice touch. It was all ground level so it was easy to get our stuff into the room.

Balcony looks onto a motel courtyard full of cars. Well it is called a motel, so we can't complain.

Art motel

Selected this motel for its focus on art. It was so very pleasant, clean, and very comfortable. We arrived to a clean room, soothing music, lamps on, a complimentary mini bar, a couple of nice paintings on the wall. Met our expectations.

Fabulous accommodation

We love our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Having complementary drinks and nibbles was a real bonus.

Nothing. Only suggestion if people said what time they were leaving, cleaning and check in could have been earlier. When we woke up the people either side of us had left and we were gone by 8.30

Amazing staff, amazing experience!

This is such a wonderful place to stay when you are in Daylesford. The room is nice and tidy and have all the facilities you need! It’s a nice walking distance away from town so it’s nice and peaceful. Absolutely adores this stay and will come back again!

The suite was decorated beautifully with a lot of thought into the little extras that made it feel extra Special & Comfortable. It was Lovely & Quiet & the complimentary goodies were very thoughtful & appreciated

Overpriced and underwhelming.

The bed is comfy, the shower is good.

The room is basic and small. There is no wardrobe and very little space to hang or manage clothes. The foolishly large couch faces the microwave. There is no table for eating/reading/writing. The kitchen and bathroom provisions are just those you might get in any very basic motel. The room faces a car park, a busy street and Mitre 10. It's like living in the carpark of a commercial site. This is overpriced and should not be called an Art Motel. A book about Leonardo da Vinci and 2 paintings do not constitute art.

it was a delightful little stay

had everything we needed for a short stay. lovely place which had a lot of effort put into it, it was a little delight.

was hard to find at first - knowing it is opposite from the Farmers Arms was great.

comfy, clean and close to the Daylesford city centre

it was clean and well furnished … was based in a spectacular location and most importantly was just in front of the farmers arm restaurant (gastro pub) which makes it quite much more easier and price worthy…

there were enormous mosquitoes but the repellent spray was provided in the room
