séjour très agréable

petit déjeuner buffet, accueil très sympathique, chambre claire avec vue sur la citadelle et bon emplacement près de la gare Basmane , hôtel très calme situé dans une ruelle d'un vieux quartier pittoresque

Very good

The Hotel manager spoke really good English and even German. He was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was not amazing,but definitely fine. Nice bathroom.

The area around the Hotel seems a bit rough at first, but once you know the area, you see it's safe and fine.

A valuable hotel.

The location is very convenient, the staffs are very nice and help me take the luggages, and also sent a small interesting souvenir, I appreciate very much, and I will recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Small, but can be ok for one night.

Staff were nice. Breakfast okay . Location ok. AC working.

Very small room and tiny bathroom( 2.5 x 2 ft cubic for bath area. No drinking water provided at room. Need to go ground floor to drink water. Windows open in a duck

the pictures displayed is exactly what you can expect to experience. book here if you just need a place to crash.

location was good. staff were nice. it was value for money. understandable the building is old so it wasn’t 4/5 star but you get what you pay for and the rates are fair.

parking. I rented a vehicle thinking I’d get secure parking. I parked on the road which didn’t give me much comfort in terms of safety but more so accidents. Alas, nothing happened and it all worked out in the end. thanks!

Very poor

Just the staff was very eager to help.

We had planned to stay two nights but we barely stayed one. It is situated in the immigrant neighbourhood which is not visible on the photos. There is no place to park the car, but the staff opened one garage which was a really good surprise for us. The narrow streets and the "traffic" which is a mess, like in India, make it really hard and risky to drive there. The area is dirty and full of let's call them gipsies.... The room was old, not maintained and not comfy. All the night I felt the smell of a "toilet" which was like coming out from the air conditioner... The pillows were very slim. All in all, you can't feel comfortable and rest yourself normally.

İzmir, Basmane 4 nights stay

Central location, walking distance from Metro, Train (if you want to go to other cities, Villages...). The staff was friendly. I spent 4 nights here and will recommend this place.

Nice people but not ok with business trip.

workers are nice

smoke smelt. dirty windows, windows tent. sheets are clean but room was filled smoke smelt even it was a noon smoking room. bathroom is not good. shower head was problematic. door was not good condition. For sure there were better days of the otel before so much immigrant start to come.

Room and bed linen were dirty and it was awful to move around. Breakfast was basically a snack! just a couple of super cheap stuff...

Staff is helpful and kind. Location is good and for this price it is pretty close to city center

In general it is close to city center but Izmir is the city where the city center is occupied by refugees from central asia and the area is not so safe. Specially if you are not native speaker it is better to avoid those streets. And if you have big luggage it is a torture to carry them to the hotel, because the road is not smooth. Don't expect clean room.

The price wasn't too expensive, but you don't get more than what you pay for. 24h staff.

Wasn't properly clean or comfortable, the light bulb in the bathroom was broken and had to be changed. The shower drain smelled bad.

Exceptional staff and a great location.

The staff was very friendly and the location was very close to busy areas.

Everything was ok. I can say that only some facilities were not that new.

Nice place and friendly staff

The hotel itself is pretty good for the money. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked fine. Shower with hot water, good wi-fi. And very friendly, helpful and really nice staff.

The room was rather old and weirdly located - with window view to an inner part of the street/building. Bathroom seemed pretty old. Toilet and shower worked fine though. Located on a street full of migrants (many guests already mentioned it already).

A perfect spot in the center of Izmir.

The host was available at all times to answer immediately any question that may arise. Located very close to a supermarket and the local market. A short walking distance to an area where there are a lot of restaurants, souvenir and coffee shops.

Overall, it got the job done however I would not recommend a stay here. You would be better off paying extra for a place

Although the area doesn’t have the best reputation, I loved how multicultural and diverse it was. The property itself seemed like it was good when it was in its prime. The room had air conditioning that worked and cooled our room. I also loved our view through the window so make sure to request a room with a view as you may get a window view looking at a wall.

The cleanliness of the place wasn’t that great. I booked a 4 night stay and wished I had payed a little more to stay somewhere a little more well kept. We got bitten from the very first night and let me tell you it wasn’t from mosquitos, we’re not sure what it was but it left us very itchy and sore for the rest of our trip. The receptionist did move us to another room but the feeding frenzy unfortunately did not stop there. The bathroom was decent however spotting my dearest friend Mr cockroach was a nice way to keep me company whilst on the toilet 👍🏻

You couldn't ask too much for the price.

Very nice staff service, we entered the hotel at night without any problems, fresh products for breakfast

The room we were given had 1 window from which you could only see the wall of the building. This made the room rather dark. Poor air conditioning (noisy) and a small bathroom in a room for 5 people.
