Rummelig og ren lejlighed i gåafstand til byens promenade

Beliggenheden i forhold til bykernen passede os fint, ca. 20 minutters gang til byens flotte promenade. Pænt rummeligt værelse og stue. Alt rent og ganske nyt.

Ville gerne vide på forhånd, hvilken lejlighed, man har lejet. Dette fremgår ikke af reservationen, og stedet har 4 eller 5 lejemål. Først fremme ved hoveddøren fremgår lejlighedsnummeret af et lille opslag. Der er ingen betjent reception. Vi vidste på forhånd, at vores lejlighed ville være ulåst og at nøglen ville ligge derinde. Men da vi ankom, var døren til lejligheden låst, og udlejer var ikke at træffe på det oplyste telefonnummer. Efter en tid kom en anden beboer ned ad trappen, og det viste sig, at vedkommende havde misforstået det lille opslag på døren og havde indlogeret sig i vores lejlighed og låst døren. Misforståelsen havde måske været undgået, hvis man på forhånd vidste, hvilken lejlighed, man havde lejet, eller ved en tydeligere skiltning på stedet. Udlejer ringede ret hurtigt tilbage på mit opkald, men når man efter en lang rejse kommer frem til en låst dør og der ikke svares på opkaldet, bliver man let lidt sur.

Excellent apartment, great location

The apartment was lovely. Very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Very well equipped. Very quiet. The view over the gardens was beautiful and unexpected . The location is fantastic, close to the promenade and the city centre

Just be aware there's a very steep hill to get down to the beach

Great apartment

Very clean and modern, comfortable bed, clean linen and towels. Very well equipped kitchen. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Clean modern bathroom. The shower was very good. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied, were a very nice touch too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Personally I could have done with some instructions on how to program the washing machine, but I'm just being picky.

location there for tt centeral for everything . clean good size for 3 adults good shower

sink low and small could do with extra arm chair window wouldn’t shut in kitchen but on top floor never found time to report I’m sure it would of been sorted if we had

Enjoyed our stay situated in a historical square. Walk from the prom was uphill not too strenuous. Comfortable beds and

A very spacious property with a fully equipped kitchen. The front lounge was huge and tastefully decorated. The smaller sitting room was more homely and comfortable. Master bedroom spacious with ensuite.

Second bedroom on the small side with 2 single beds compared to the size of the rest of the rooms in the apartment which were huge.

A fantastic stay away from home! Book without any hesitations, fantastic hosts!

I recently stayed at Amadeus Apartments and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a great interior design that made me feel right at home. The well-equipped kitchen had all the appliances and utensils I needed to cook some local scallops and shrimp, and the fantastic living room with its beautiful design provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I was especially pleased with the attention to detail that had been put into the property. Every room was well-furnished, and the furniture and decor were of high quality. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were very cosy. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a nice walk-in shower. Overall, I was fully satisfied with my stay at this property. The combination of a great interior, well-equipped kitchen, and fantastic living room with beautiful design made it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring Douglas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely stop there again.

Smart televisions, lovely furniture, excellent kitchen ,powerful shower and comfy bed. Very clean and warm. Overall an excellent base for a holiday. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Comfortable stay, many thanks

Nice location, walking distance to local amenities and not far from town. Lovely apartment, very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and had provided milk, coffee, tea, and cereals so I didn't need to run to the shops immediately on arrival.

Studio Appartment

Wonderful weeks stay in the Amadeus studio apartment in August. Apartment completely new. Has all amenities inc oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Easy clock parking on road. A number of good restaurants close by. Comfortable walk to main Quay for shopping and restaurants/bars. Will definitely be staying again when we revisit the Isle of Man.
