Nice, new hotel in the middle of paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, trying to satisfy all of our wishes. Hotel is new, well-equipped, with clean, nice swimming pool, surrounded by green. * GUARD - the whole object is guarded 24/7. * BREAKFAST - it is served within specific hours to your room, so if you want to leave early (for example we went diving), they may leave you products in the fridge in the evening. * GREEN SCENERY - around you may find beautiful baobab trees, palms etc. !!! Mind LOCATION - Please check it on Booking.com before you come. We used Google Maps and they show another hotel in the middle of Diani, which also belongs to the same owner, but is located quite far from this one. Also, Kongo River is quite far from Diani center; if you want to go shopping, you should have a tuk-tuk (about 10mins drive). The beach is located 10-15 mins walk from the hotel.

* ELECTRICITY - we had a misunderstaning concerning it, as Booking.com did not inform us that it is countable. It means, when you reach the limit, you have to recharge for 1500KES. Since Booking did not inform us, the manager agreed to release us from the payment, yet Please be careful while reserving. *The set of cosmetics included only soap, no shampoo etc.

I had a great and the host is super friendly aside from the distance to access the apartment

The place was very beautiful, the assistance there were very friendly, the pool was always clean

The location of the apartment to the road is a poor and very long unless you have your own tuktuk guy movement to and from is easier

The ambience was really great, the house and compound was quite clean. The staff were really great to.

The main doors couldn't lock, and there was no hot shower during our stay.

This is the second time I booked this place, and wow, I don't think if there is another hotel in diani like this one.I love everything and what you see in the pictures is what you get,how amazing

Everything was good, like excellent.The only problem is our room was not cleaned every day.I would prefer if room cleaning can be done frequently because during my stay no one came to clean the rooms

A gem of a place

The breakfast was okay. It was not anything special but it was well prepared to my liking. The location was ideal, quiet and exceptionally clean and constantly maintained, its a walking distance from the beach, stores are also not so far from the area considering constant availability of transport. The pool had to be the best part of the place plus the staff on site were wonderful they ensured you were okay and that all needs were met within reasonable measure, they were kind and friendly you felt like they were part of you. The host is just so heavenly and is hands on. Nothing goes unturned. This place is amongst the top of my recommendations for stays in Diani. It was worth the stay, great value for money.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike. The normal things that one should keep in mind while at the coast is that water is salty so you will have to deal with the constant feeling of not being properly showered.

The setting of the rooms, the furniture, the kitchen equipment provided and very helpful staff

Not having a scheduled time to clean the rooms. . This made it hard for us to organize the day. Some days the rooms were cleaned in the morning, other times late afternoon.

Value for money-But room for improvement

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good life inside the compound, kind of a safe haven. Great pool, also for kids.

The location is on the ‘wrong side’ of the Beach Road. Some tuktuk drivers could not find the place. More AC’s or fans are needed inside the apartment as it gets very hot.

Beautiful modern, quiet, clean place

- A clean beautiful house with modern fittings. - Walking distance to the Kongo River beach - Good host

- Tap water is very salty so make sure to bring liquid bathing soap. And don't use it to make tea/coffee - It's far from the main Diani shopping center and supermarkets; and 10 minutes walk to the tarmac road where you can find a $2 tuktuk to take you there. - House gate is not well marked. Our tuktuk driver got lost bringing us here the first time
