Destination is perfect unfortunately not good for 3 people

The destination

It was noisy early in the morning. The towels were not clean there were hairs in the towels. The kitchen utensils were limited. Not for 3 peopleSpecifically the 2 chairs were too low, which makes it hard to use for the table.

A cost-effective and convenient accommodation option in downtown Budapest

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions and close to the metro station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and making sure everything is fine. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Budapest.

Excellent location. In the city center with many transport options,

Very easy communication with management via phone messages. Cleaning up the room. Equipment for all needs. Very close to transport. A lot of dining options. Many nearby tourist attractions. Soothing and restful. We will definitely come back only and only here.

nice apartement / good price-performance ratio

+ the location is right in the middle directly at Deák Ferenc Tér + 100 % clean, nice looking, friendly apartment + spacy, excellent for 3-5 days + Supermarket directly in front + value for money is ok

- Very noisy in the morning due to deliveries from the shops on the street below and garbage collection - no possibility of luggage storage - crew showed flexibility due to earlier arrival / earlier check-in (not a minute earlier) - Kitchen equipment with cheapest electric stuff (cookware, toaster etc.)

Konum itibariyle muhteşemdi. Kolaylıkla ulaşabildik, aynı zamanda bir çok yere kolaylıkla kaldığımız noktadan ulaşabildik.

Toplamda 3 farklı odada kaldık, ancak odalardan birinde internet ve TV çalışmıyordu. Üç odadan biri 6. katta, diğeri 4. katta sonuncusu ise giriş katta idi. Ancak 2 gün boyunca asansörün bozulmasından dolayı da sıkıntı yaşadık.

Easy access to public transport

the unit is near to bus station, metro station and a lot of eateries nearby. Good communication with host for key access and the stay was overall pleasant

the apartment unit itself is ok but the entire building is a bit old the (only) lift was held up by cleaners / contractors when we checked out and we had to carry our luggages down the staircase in order not to miss our train the coffee machine was not cleaned :(

Muy bien ubicado y perfecta estancia.

La ubicación era perfecta para hacer las actividades que teníamos pensadas. A 15/20 minutos andando llegabas al Parlamento, pasando por más atracciones turísticas que hay que ver. Justo debajo había un supermercado que nos vino muy bien, y muy cerca también había una estación de metro que también fue muy favorable. También el propietario nos dejó sobres de café y té, azúcar y sal que vino muy bien para los desayunos.

Nos costó un poco entender como se abría la puerta, pero no hay ningún punto a destacar que no nos gustara.

Great apartment in a very great location

It was tidy and it was just what we needed for our stay.

We liked pretty much everything, the only thing that was rather inconvenient was lack of shampoo. We had to get it ourselves, which wasn’t a big deal.

Excellent!

Perfect location, close to the biggest tourist attractions. In fact, you can explore on foot. Bus 100E straight to the airport, almost in front of the house. A well-stocked shop is on the other side of the street. Easy way to get to the apartment, key in the safe. Excellent communication with rental managers. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Plenty of towels. The bathroom, although small, has a large shower. We used the airport transfer, communication with the driver via Whatsup, everything went perfectly.

The apartment is in the city center, so it is obviously a bit noisy and may disturb sensitive people. A frying pan would be useful in the kitchen.

Phenomenal position

All the attractions are very close, the farrest is Hero's Square, about a 40 minute walk through Andrasi Boulevard, I recommend walking. Basilika st Stefan Is a few minutes from the apartment, as is the Synagogue. Grocery store 5 steps away, currency exchange next to the entrance... Shuttle bus, metro and tram stationa are a few minutes from the apartment. Phenomenal position.

Bellissimo week end a Budapest

Ottima posizione, vicino ai mezzi e al centro. Eravamo un gruppo di 14 persone e abbiamo trovato tutti gli alloggi nello stesso palazzo. Vicino a locali, bar e negozi. Appartamenti puliti, arredati in stile semplice e moderno, mobili abbastanza nuovi e con tutto il necessario. Il proprietario ha lasciato anche il bollitore con bustine di tè e caffè. Il gestore è sempre stato disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle mie domande. Il ritiro delle chiavi è stato semplice con le istruzioni dettagliate che ci sono state fornite.

L'appartamento da 4 era un po' piccolino ma comunque confortevole. Il lavandino del bagno molto piccolo. Lo stabile non è bellissimo, un po' vecchio ma gli appartamente interni ristrutturati e tenuti benissimo

Posizione strategica

La camera del beb offre un'esperienza eccellente grazie alla sua posizione centrale, ben collegata dall'aeroporto, fermata dei mezzi pubblici sotto casa. Questa comodità facilita gli spostamenti verso i punti di interessee i ristoranti circostanti. Inoltre, la vicinanza a diverse attrazioni rende la struttura un punto strategico per esplorare la città.

Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte della camera e i letti meno comodi, la struttura si rivela comunque un valido punto d'appoggio per una coppia. La sua posizione centrale e la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici e ai punti di interesse compensano i piccoli inconvenienti, rendendo l'esperienza complessivamente soddisfacente per chi cerca una sistemazione conveniente.

Maravilla en Budapest

Muy acogedor, céntrico en un barrio donde hay mucha vida a cualquier hora del día, la calefacción está encendida todo el tiempo y eso es un gustazo! Simplemente mis dieces, un piso como estos te hacen el viaje!

Lo único malo es que pague un pelín más por tener balcon y pensábamos que iba a dar vistas a la calle pero da a un patio interior, pero por lo demás perfecto

Centralissimo e molto accogliente

La posizione centralissima. A 3 minuti a piedi si può prendere l’autobus E100 da e per aeroporto, ce la fermata della metro e la strada della struttura è piena di locali dove mangiare e c’è un supermercato h24 più vari negozi di souvenir. Vi consiglio il negozio di vintage nella traversa quasi di fronte al portone, non potete sbagliare la strada fa una curva a sinistra. Inoltre è a 15 minuti a piedi dal tour dei pub nelle rovine (tutti nella stessa zona e distano circa 10 minuti a piedi gli uni dagli altri) 20 minuti a piedi dal parlamento e 30 dal bastione dei pescatori.

It was very lovely

Location was perfect. The house was clean, lovely and cosy, the smell inside was nice and fresh. We stayed there just for one night and it was wonderfull for it. For somenone who needs it for more days, my appartment was a bit small, but still very, ver lovely. The most improtant and nice thing for me was communication with the house' team. Although we didn't have face to face communication, they were very warm, helpfull and attentive.

Personally, I have nothing to complain about.

Carino ma no

La struttura centrale, è ben collegata a tutto; avevamo la metropolitana e la fermata del tram di fronte casa, supermercato, caffetterie, lavanderie e il TwentySix insieme ad altri locali molto conosciuti in zona dietro casa; Il riscaldamento funziona benissimo, sembra di essere all’Hawaii !

Ciò che non mi è piaciuto è che non c’era nessuno del personale all’accoglienza in più, la casa è piena di polvere… A partire dalle lenzuola del letto, alle asciugamani “pulite” che puzzavano di muffa; e per me che sono allergica alla polvere è stato un trauma! Poi non ci sono strumenti per poter almeno pulire a terra durante il soggiorno ad esempio una scopa..

La sua posizione in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo festosa della città

Il trattamento ricevuto dallo staff, dato le chiavi dell’appartamento e permesso il check-in quando ancora ci eravamo noi in casa. Trovata gente che ha aperto la porta mentre noi dormivamo. Pessima esperienza

Un pequeño hogar en el corazón de Budapest. Muy recomendable

Es sencillo pero dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La calefacción funciona de maravilla lo que se agradece después de un día de frío. Las camas están bastante bien, el baño impecable, la cocina tb genial pequeña pero con todo, las ventanas tb muy aislantes de frío y ruido, genial. La ubicación es su fuerte desde luego. Pasamos Nochevieja de maravilla y está muy cerca de Pza Vorosmarty y de todos los mercadillos navideños, Basílica San Esteban. En el Corazón del barrio judío , podíamos ir cada noche a los ruin bars sin pereza.

Lo único que choca es el estado del portal y escaleras, están muy sucios creo que por obras y tb guardan la basura en el portal, algo que no se ve en España, por lo que la imagen desentona con el apartamento. Pero eso no es culpa de los dueños naturalmente.

Alójate en el corazón de la ciudad

La ubicación es excelente. Está en el mismo centro y moverse por allí es muy sencillo. El apartamento está muy bien equipado.

Great stay ! Perfect location. Highly recommended.

Great location. Bit loud outside very early in the morning but that was understood since it is very central.

Sofa bed not very comfy and even the pillows need an upgrade.

One night stay in December, would book again if good price

Facilities were great, location is perfect, access is easy, parking in city was free for new year holidays. All in all a good experience.

The organized taxi spam you get in your booking communication is annoying, communication between team members themselves is bad(had to send our ID's to them again 2h before reservation, they couldn't find them). Bed lining leaves a lot to be desired(torn, smelly, had some replacements in closet thankfully).
