La ubicación, que había ventilador para refrescarse del calor.

El trato en el área de recepción en la entrada y salida. Al salir radearon a la camarista para revisar la habitación como si nos estuvieramos robando algo. Y en la entrada el recibimiento es muy poco amable.

EL HOTEL DEL HORROR

NO NOS GUSTO NADA. NO HAY NADA QUE SEA BUENO EN ESE HOTEL.

No hay nada que me haya gustado. Nos dieron una habitación (que era una caja de zapatos de pequeña y demasiado olor a comida) LAS FOTOS NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER CON LA REALIDAD. Me cambiaron a una segunda, y me pidieron con orden de gerencia que le de propina a la camarista. Se nos cayo un anillo abajo de la cama y cuando metimos la mano, estaba llena de rollos de papeles con sangre adentro que no sabemos de que tenian. eran muchos. nunca barrieron ni limpiaron el cuarto. estaba con salpicones pegoteados que no queremos averiguar de que eran mas todos esos papeles embolbiendo cosas con sangre y olor a podrido. ganas de vomitar. No solo avisamos a recepcion para que nos envien servicio, enviaron a un chico a cambiarnos a una tercera habitación que tambien estaba toda sucia, llena de pelos, todo el baño sucio. Realmente la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel y tan solo por una noche. no pudimos dormir del asco pero ya era muy tarde para irnos a otro sitio. y al dia siguiente no querian reconocer nada e hicieron un show trayendo a las camaristas a la recepcion. realmente muy feo y antiguo el hotel para los precios que cobran, una estafa. y la atención tambien deja muy poco que desear. ha habido un solo chico alto que ha sido muy educado y amable. El resto, cero manejo hotelero. Tengo que contar esto porque aun sigo sorprendida con eso porque eso que vimos ahi no era nmada normal. NUNCA ME DIO TANTO ASCO UN HOTEL.

I recommend this hotel for solo travelers looking for a quick night stay.

I love the fact that the hotel was in the middle of the city which if you hungry late at night then all you have to do is down the street.

I guess the only thing I did not like was the bed. I was able to feel the bedsprings when I laid down.

It was clean

Wifi was bad. They should fix it. Staff entered room without even knocking. Water tab was broken. There was nk exhaust in the bathroom. Smelled bad.

Excellent location.

The reception staff person was pretty rude to me (and I am an extremely polite person who speaks Spanish fluently). This marred the impression of the stay. The room itself was clean, but windows were giving to another room. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Love Puebla and this was a great location. But the hotel is no "palace."

good location, friendly and helpful staff

room was tiny - felt like we were staying in a prison cell. Couldn't come back to room for a break - nowhere to sit or relax. Work being done on the hotel was noisy and disturbed us.

I liked because it's in the center of the town and it's so accesible from everywhere.

I didn't like because in the internet the rooms look bigger and they are not, the hotel from outside it's looks nice but the rooms looks too small and old.

Great location but the rooms are old

Great location and friendly staff.

The bathroom was not clean and the wifi was really bad. The windows only looked out on the concrete walls of the building.
