Our room was good. Breakfast was good. Pool was a bit too noisy with music blaring
Quicker check in. Receptionist should be bi lingual English is a major language and should automatically be spoken

The pool was huge and clean, the staff was great and very friendly, huge and beautiful hotel. Everything was nice and clean and we had a great time!
The food was mediocre, there was little that even looked good, but even what looked good, was either cold or just didn’t taste good. Very little good food

The breakfast was nice and had lots of choices
The walk to beach was long.
The beach wasn’t private because public could pay to extra to enter and use the facilities

The problem was with Booking.com, we booked for 2 persons one room for 17,000 Nis. Then when we checked in it came up as only one guest. So we had to go way above budget and pay another 500 Nis. I could not contact you. So that was a bad start.
Would have been good to have been able to contact Booking.com

1st - it’s one of the greatest hotels in Ein Bokek;
2nd - food always very delicious and various;
3d - design of hotel is incredible - very beautiful;
4 - service on high level;
5 - very big pool with palms and beautiful backyard
6 - 5 min to the Dead Sea or can use shuttle
One thing that is minus I think bar isn’t included to the price just water😅 also in the restaurant the same

One nice big pool and good food.
It is denied to take children to a pool with salt.
The air conditioner in the room was switch off twice a day. When I asked to fix it I was waiting 2 hours in a room with high temperature. Am
The water in the bathroom collected on the floor in huge puddles. Hence the musty smell.
When i bought ice cream at the pool shop they "forgot" to return the change.

Great inside garden, nice in/outside saltwaterbad. Nice looking hotel. The security at the entrance was professional.
Some facilities were closed or N/A (main swimmingpool closed, minibar). Some information was incorrect. Iit is called room with Seaview but it should be view with parkinglot/other hotels/MC Donald/sea.
The opposite hotel has a generator/compressor which makes so much noise that a balconyvisit is not relaxing.
The fitness looks complete but has only 4 different machines.
The hotel says it is located within 50 meters of the beach. But the walking distance is 400 meters.
The bedlinnen was worn.
Some staff don't speak English or
don't know simple words like menucard.
I staid at almost Ein Bokek hotels, but this was the most dissapointing one.

Hallways and rooms definitely needs remodeling The best section of the pool was closed.

Location,facility
Customer service at check-in very unprofessional and not helpfull
Sheets were dirty
Needed ice but no ice machine in a 600-room hotel. Was told I can go to the gas station to buy some.

friendly and professional staff though when we checked in, they were kind of understaffed and people had to wait in line.
the good side is they attended to us the best they could.
late check out with pay. we're shabat observant guests and we stayed in hotels that allowed to stay till end of shabat with no fuss.

The spa and restaurant were quite nice
Broken bathroom hardware. Unavailable staff, valet/porter were unavailable (and it wasn’t busy), they didn’t give us the room with accommodations requested in our reservation until we complained loudly, a definite language barrier at the front desk. I realize I’m in a foreign country but they’ve stacked this hotel to deal more with their Slavic guests.

Dining experience was good
Room could use renovation, bath tub looms dirty, no glaze left, broken balcony door, electrical receptacles work randomly, tile in the bathroom had black mold.

The breakfast was exceptionally good very tasty great variety clean, great service.
The Spa was exceptionally great clean, spacious
Show was very great entertainment.
Staff was Very polite overall.
The atmosphere decor very beautiful
.
The transportation shuttle was never on time I walked to the beach twice, most people walked. It was not Convenient, beach to far not to have efficient shuttle service
It would be horrible for someone disabled
The beach water was muddy not full of salt like the other beach front waters. Need more salt close to the shore.
It would be a bonus if you could give those who check in in late like after 7:00 a late check out the next morning
So the can have atleast one of the hours they lost.
Curtains in the room were very dusty windows should be kept clean.

It was a great room with a nice view. We had to ask for towels multiple times because after cleaning we didn't get any towels. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
The location is across the street from the sea. It was hard to go up the hill back to the hotel, especially when it's very hot outside.

Clean and big rooms. Great breakfast. Breakfast is milk and parve only, so you will not find any meat, but there’s fish (might be important for some people)
Big pool.
Didn’t really notice any major issues.

Facilities are very good, especially the pools

Nice big pools with lots of space
The staff, from the lady who handed out the towels to the lady who embarrassed us in the sulphur pool and the lady on the front desk who just said no we can’t move you to a lower floor room (when we moved 1hr later when we asked someone else). Its the reason we will not be back!!

I have visited David Dead Sea Hotel many times over the past decade, but it is still not improving in specific areas such as hospitality. The only reason I would come to this hotel is for its spa facilities and treatments, and for the food.
Forget good service and a smooth check-in procedure, not to mention people without manners. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn't working during my whole stay. The solution was to use my mobile phone instead.

The pool was closed because it wasn't the season even though it was pool weather. They don't tell you that when you book. They ran out of towels when we wanted to go to the dead sea.

The pool and private beach close too soon.
6.0 / 10.0
The food was very good and the pools were big with lots of sitting area
The rooms were not cleaned at all - there were stains on the bathroom floor and the carpet was dirty.
The rooms MUST be renovated - they sre still in the 1980s and you can fill and sense it...
In addition, we were 5 people with bedding for only 4 - we asked for additional bed and had to wait 7 hours till 10:30pm to get the bed (my 8 years old had to wait till 10:30pm to sleep in his bed).
