Looking for a place to retreat with a loved one, spend time with family, or just relax and get away from it all? This private, secluded cabin nestled up on the hillside is the perfect place! Enjoy spectacular year-round beauty here in the North Georgia mountains. You’ll have all that you need to stay-in and enjoy that much needed time away!

Enjoy the large, private covered porch with a picnic table and rocking chairs to just sit and listen to the birds sing. Spa robes await you to enjoy while you’re a soak in the hot tub is a must on a cool evening. Inside this delightful, quaint little cabin you’ll feel right at home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Hazel's Hideaway features a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace. In the upstairs loft, you will find a King size bed with a Dream Cloud mattress. There are plenty of places to hang and stash your belongings, if you want to unpack and “stay a while”. For additional sleeping space, the living room features a small sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

Feel like venturing out to explore the beauty all around the cabin while you’re here? This cabin is only 1 1/2 miles up the road from Unicoi State Park, where you can fish, hike, paddle board, or just sit and listen to the birds sing. The beautiful Anna Ruby Falls is also located in the park. The cabin is about a 10 minute drive from the Bavarian town of Helen. Here you’ll find candy shops, restaurants, and shopping. During the summer months, take a tube down the Chattahoochee River. Helen also has a new mountain coaster!

We would certainly stay here again. We utilized the hot tub and fireplace while at HH and both functioned well (albeit the hot tub jets could have been more forceful). The shower at this cabin has great water pressure and you’re not likely to run out of hot water. The cabin is clean, cutely decorated and cozy. -A few pointers: You’ll have to go downstairs to use the bathroom- robes are provided. Bring your own K-cups for the Keurig.

Such a great little cabin! The perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring all Helen has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was neat and clean and surprisingly roomy for a small cabin. The hot tub was used every night and a perfect way to end each evening! I would definitely book this cabin again for future visits!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is just darling. It was perfect for 2 people. Hot tub was clean however the cabin itself was not clean well. We found granola bar wrappers and other small trash around the furniture. Dishes were also put away dirty. We tried to cook but the kitchen pots and pans are awful, cheap ones were everything sticks. We will have to bring ours if there is a next time. Not sure if they need a new cleaning crew but they need to do better. Otherwise we loved our stay. It is in very close proximity to Helen and also to other nearby towns. It was very difficult to locate it at first so I would encourage so type of lights at the entrance of the dirt road for those arriving after dark.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Hazel's Hideaway. The cabin was very cozy and clean. Nicely secluded with plenty of privacy. It had an old cabin smell when we got there, but easily masked with your favorite air freshener :) Hot tub wasn't heating, but started heating after playing with the buttons a bit. I did not make sure to check if the cabin had a washer/dryer, because every one we've stayed at before had them, but this one does not. Totally my fault and will definitely make sure next time. 2 people staying 5 days with only 5 towels and one set of clean sheets wasn't very ideal! Overall, it was a nice stay and we would definitely recommend!

Overall our stay was wonderful! Very quiet and clean. My only complaint, which was not a huge deal, was in the pictures it specifically states that a free bottle of wine comes with the rental. Alas, no bottle of wine was waiting for us.

Reviewer Comments: The cabin was great, I would recommend that they put reflector lights on the stairs going up to the cabin when it gets dark it’s very hard to see.We were packing up the day we were leaving in an hour before the scheduled time we got locked out of the cabin with all our belongings and phones inside. It was horrible. If we didn’t have our watch, we wouldn’t have anybody to call to help us out.

The stay was extremely restful. The only hurdle that we personally experienced was the steep hill that led to the cabin because we had trailered our motorcycle to ride throughout our stay. The hill would have been too tricky to just ride up or down. To overcome this, we just trailered the bike to Helen, parked the truck in a lot and rode from there. Not a problem really, just a small additional step that we had to take. Driving the incline was not even a problem in our truck, just the motorcycle. We absolutely loved the cabin and was sad we had to leave and return to our everyday lives.

Our stay at this cabin started a little bumpy with the check in not being so great. It said 4:00 pm check in but when we arrived the door wouldn’t unlock until 4:12 after calling them twice to let them know. They said their system is delayed. It was frustrating but the over all stay was good. The cleaning smell got to me as I do not use chemicals to clean so I diffused some oils to get rid of the chemical smell. The cabin was super cute and isolated. Perfect stay for my husband and I celebrating an anniversary.

This cabin is just right for 2 people. It was very clean and cozy and the hot tub was really nice! The bed was really soft too. The area is pretty quiet and not far at all from Helen. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was just what we expected. It is small but perfect for two people. The hot tub was so nice and the grill worked perfectly. Just remember to bring any and all food you might want, including coffee. There’s only salt and pepper in the kitchen. We totally enjoyed our stay.
