Me and my friends stayed here for a few days while we were in town for an event at the expo center. The house was really cool on the inside. There was plenty of space for everyone and so many places to sleep. We got some complimentary coffee and stuff left for us and there was more than enough amenities to go around. 4 and a half bathrooms was a major upside to this property as well. My only complaints would be 1. The air conditioning units were a bit old and some of them did not work very well. Especially the one in the downstairs living room. 2. This house also has a group of people who stay on the third floor. Access to entry ways are separate so we never had to worry about them being in our space or vise versa however the walls and floors are pretty thin so we could hear them and their kids throughout the day. The people above us were never very disruptive especially at night but during the daytime hours it could get a little noisy. 3. The street is almost completely torn up. This was the one part of my experience that I really didn’t like. Throughout the weekend we had to have our Uber drivers drop us off at the beginning of the street and we would need to walk to the house because the road was closed the entire time we were there.

We rented this house for the celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary and the retirement festivities of our besties after 31.5yrs in the Marine Corps. We had 10 adults staying in this house and it was awesome! The landlord/owner was amazing and even with the City of New Orleans ripping up the roads in front of house, we had an amazing time here! Low country boil after the retirement ceremony with drinks and great friends & family made this an unforgettable place!! If we ever come back to New Orleans this will be our first choice to stay at - just plain STUPENDOUS!! FIVE STARS across the board!!!

Felicia the owner was great. We needed a larger home because we had 4 couples staying there. However the property is in a sketchy area. We could see improvement of the neighborhood but many Uber drivers let us know the area was known for crime. We did not have any issues but probably would not have stayed there if we had understood the area. It is a quick Uber drive to the French Quarter. The is public transportation close but we chose to use Uber. Once again, I want to stress that Felicia was great and very accommodating.

We came to celebrate Christmas as a family in New Orleans. It was our first Christmas without our Mother/Grandmother. This home allowed almost of us to be under one roof as we cooked and played games and danced. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was most gracious. If I have the opportunity to return with a group I will check Ms Felicia and Eagle Road out💕

This was the best birthday trip ever... The house was nice and spacious. We put on a porch talant show with the neighbors and that was really cool. The owner was right upstairs a nd was so cool and never bothered us and wasn't the least bit noisy. It was like she wasnt there at all unless we needed her.

She was very nice greeted us in person upon arrival, made us feel comfortable. She even sent us places to get the best food in the area. Pictures of this home does not do it justice, very beautiful.

The house was clean, well stocked with nice quality linens, & kitchen supplies. Furniture was nice & clean. Master bedroom & bath updated and very nice. Second bath was spacious, tub drained slowly and could use a new shower curtain rod. Owner promptly answered our questions via email. Overall we had a good experience.

Had 10 people come down to stay for a weekend getaway and was very impressed when we walked in the door. The house was very well kept and the remodel looked great! Felicia was awesome as well, quickly responding to all my inquiries in a kind manner. Definitely recommend

This has been by far the BEST trip I've had in the 4 years I have come to stay in Nawlins!! We had a group of 10 family and friends celebrating two birthdays. The house is located in a safe and up and coming neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The owner pays attention to detail and has all of the conveniences that one would desire in a rental. It is tastefully decorated with all of the conveniences a traveler would desire. The house was easy to find and easy to travel to back and forth to the Quarter, downtown, City Park, etc. Our experience in this rental was perfect. This historic house was beautiful! I don't think I can say that enough! The unit was clean and remodeled yet still had the quintessential New Orleans feel we were looking for. The house is located a block from a main street which is a 7-10 minute straight shot to the Superdome, the Convention Center, downtown, French Quarter, Bourbon Street, City Park, etc. It actually looks better and is more spacious than the pictures indicate. It's nicely decorated and impeccably clean. We had no problems accommodating our family and some additional visitors. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials to prepare and serve some meals.
We will rent this place again when we return to New Orleans. We have found a home away from home. We hope to stay in this house during our future visits to New Orleans.

I couldnt sit here and be happier to share my experience in New Orleans. New Orleans is an amazing town and we were so blessed to have found Felicia’s Gem of a place! The house is located in a historic stable neighborhood with friendly neighbors. This was a perfect space to spread out with a family and is actually pretty child friendly! Check in and check out was simple. Perfect stay if visiting with a vehicle! Getting this house was a dream come true and Im thankful for the help and assistance by Felicia who lives on the first floor of this large three story historic house with plenty of off street parking and a large yard for our cars. We were a group of 12 adults and kids that stayed and slept comfortably using all the versatile furniture. Spacious, sleek, super clean and VERY nicely remodeled. Three large bedrooms, two large living rooms, high ceilings, a large fully stocked kitchen, beautiful furniture, appliances, central air and heat, two large bathrooms with walk in showers, Flat Screen Smart TVs, Wifi, Direct TV with most channels, DVR, etc. The property was well managed and beautifully decorated. The welcome sheet explain everything we needed to know about the house, recommended great restaurants and entertainment, and included a listing all the year’s major festivals. I hope to come back every year.
