We had 6 couples going to the Derby and we couldn’t believe we found this awesome 6-6. Highly recommend!

This was a great booking ... we had five couples with one single with each having our own private spots. Couldn't ask for a better set up for a four day stay. Conveniently located in a small town near the Bourbon Trail distilleries and a coffee shop below as a bonus. We were not disappointed with the provided amenities and comforts of home. The owner was responsive and welcoming. The only drawback would be if anyone in a group couldn't manage stairs. Highly recommend booking!

We rented the suites for 6 couples and were very comfortable. It worked very well for our group as each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had plenty of room to gather in the evening and relax. The women of our group loved that we could spend a day walking around in historic Shelbyville, while the men went to the Farm Show in Louisville. Great eating places nearby in walking distance. Would rent it again if our group decides to come to the Louisville area. We highly recommend it.

The place was amazing. I highly recommend.

Our group of 10 (four couples and two singles) had a wonderful weekend at your lovely property! Both side-by-side units are gorgeous, and even though the four bedrooms are much smaller than the two “bedroom suites,” every room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and welcoming, and the communal spaces easily accommodated all of us. (Note: If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Trains roll past — and blow their whistles — several times during the night. It’s pretty cool, honestly!) Overall, we were incredibly satisfied with our stay!

The location was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of our friends. Each person loved to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Would love to stay here again.

A wonderful property, very clean and well decorated. Four units so family could spread out and have privacy but close and enough space for everyone to be together. Only drawback was train but nothing several earplugs didn't help. Great location to go to Louisville for activities. Only took 1 star off b/c sent owner several questions and didn't hear any response. Fortunately non urgent requests.

Wonderful place to stay. Easy walking distance to and from The Gatsby. Our wedding party and us loved it!

This second story space features two three bedroom suites, connected, to yield two kitchen/living room areas, with a total of six bedrooms. The very high ceilings, exposed original brick, wood floors, and savvy color choices made for an airy, spacious, and comfortable stay. The owner was quick to accomodate our requests for extra seating and a small dining table. We had a relaxed and satisfying multi-family visit.

Property was elegant, the decor was exceptional! Property was clean and comfortable.
Beds were comfortable. For light sleeper front units (on street) could be a little loud.
Only thing was no ice or ice machine. Would have been nice to know before arrival so we could have picked up a bag. Cute sleepy town
Would definitely recommend!

This is a gorgeous set of apartments that are perfect for a large group. The building is set on the Main Street of a small town that sounds quaint, but is really sort of deserted with what is practically a highway running through it. The front apartments overlook the Main Street with street lights glaring through the thin shades all night and extremely loud traffic noise roaring by at all hours. The four back bedroom/apartments are cozier and quiet, but you can hear the blaring horns from trains periodically though the day and night. Overall, the apartments are beautiful and well-equipped, but the kitchens could have been organized in a much more thoughtful way.

Seriously could not have had a more perfect stay while visiting family in shelbyville.
The host made accommodations for us that went above and beyond.
This place was great for family!
The coffee shop downstairs was so yummy. Ate one night at the red lion - food was really good and highly recommend their outside seating!!!
Will be back again for sure!

This was the best vacation rental experience we have ever had! The property could not have been cleaner or more beautiful and the management was a dream. Bonus, the downstairs coffee shop was wonderful.

We rented all 4 units for the weekend for 8. The units would comfortably hold 12. Each unit was fabulous. We had room to all watch a game, fix dinner, yet had separate bedrooms and baths. Everything is first class. Good beds, wonderful rain showers, good linens. There were 4 units, that adjoined. You can rent a single unit, a 2 bed unit, or combine the units for 6, or 12. We had plenty of space, with 4 living areas and 6 baths. We visited Keeneland, then drove into Shelbyville. (50 minutes). The next day we went to Louisville, visited distilleries, then had dinner in town. This location allowed us to explore the area, but also be extremely comfortable visiting and catching up at the Sadlebred Suites. Highly, highly recommend.

Lovely aesthetics and space plan for a large or smaller group with lock out capabilities. Beds are all comfortable with a cozy upscale coffee shop below and great restaurant just across the street for dinner (The Bell House). Roger and Stacey are great!

We rented the entire unit in March. Loved the set up...beds were really comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into all the units. Jeff could not have been nicer and gave a lot of information and suggestions about the surrounding area. We walked across the street for dinner to the Bell House. It was so good we went back for breakfast the next morning. We are already talking about coming back in the next month or two to rent one of the 2/2 units. Thanks for sharing your loft with us!!
