When I checked in I have been retained $50 for "incidental" expenses. That amount has still not been returned to me and there was no explanation. I called the manager and he does not know why in my bank there is no return for those $50. I called my bank and they said it's the hotel who did not cancel it. So now, almost a month later those $50 are still pending.

iBugs crawling on TV stand an microwave took us to another room an it had orange peeling in the pull out sofa an sheets looked dirty an popcorn in floor beside the sofa

water turned off from 6:30pm until midday the next day. Did not even have a water bottle offered.

Booking.com advertised free pets for this motel, but I was charged $20. for each of two dogs.

Superb

The front desk lady was super nice. The room was clean but smelled like smoke. The bedding was great but the mattress was a little uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great also.

The stay was comfortable. It felt quite accommodating. The motel's access was good. It was clean; the breakfast was good; we felt safe.

The washer and dryer required the scan of QR code. The 'Shift' application wanted TOO much personal information to include Social Security number. I bailed out. I was not able to use the laundry.
