the price and free dogs, it was clean.
worn out building, entry door not fitting, toilet seat loose, paint worn/chipped off, fridge door tweaked, resident caretaker arguing with someone.
3.1
Close to my location at the moment
No signage to mention that there was a $100 deposit that would be returned if no smoking occurred. Killed 3 spiders within 5 minutes of entering the room

Easy check in. Ground floor. Room set up was nice.
Staff bordered on rude. Mattress had ridges. Coffee kept in the bathroom.

Location was great but everything else was BAD. There was a huge gap under the door which allowed several stick bugs and a huge spider in the room. While trying to kill a bug, we found 3 years of dust bunnies under the bed along with trash, toys, and empty cups.
The room to be cleaned properly and a refund for the dissatisfaction.

It was ok for a night
Uncomfortable beds
3.1
Location was right off the highway so it was convenient
The room was in major need of an upgrade and cleaning. The bed was horrible, pillows were flat, the sheets and duvet cover had rips and stains. The shower was awful

it was clean
The bed was one of the worst because it felt like we had springs poking us.

daytime manager was great she helped me with a few problems and was super sweet the whole time
the floors were so dirty if I walked around barefoot the bottoms of my feet would turn black. There was one person I talked to who was very nice but the other two employees I talked to during my stay were extremely rude. I was late for my check out and was about to leave when the morning manager opened my door without knocking and we had to ask him repeatedly to shut the door just so I could get dressed and leave.

Staff friendly, tv worked.
Shower curtain was put on backwards and rod was extremely loose on both sides of wall, lawsuit waiting to happen. Also blow dryer in room 113 is another lawsuit, wires sticking out of back and jacked up on front also.

The staff at the front desk was about the only thing I liked at the Inn. She was friendly and easy to work with. If she wasnt so kind I probably would have voiced more concerns to her but I know the up-keep on the hotel was not her job.
The bed was not comfortable, the towels were tiny, the lock on our door was broken, the hair dryer was broken, the shower curtain wouldnt stay up.. Everything was just falling apart. The AC unit was loud and could not regulate the temperature at all. It kept over a 10 degree difference from what we set it to- some times too hot and some times to cold. None of the ice machines were even plugged in.

The staff was VERY nice. The room had a good layout. The distance to the Wafe House, on point!
The mattress, at least in our room, sucked!
Needs replaced, bad!!!

Stairs, key cards didn't work

There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room that was very useful. It was very clean and the bathroom had a lot of room in it.
The beds were horrible to sleep on. We tossed and turned all night and woke up with our backs aching. There were not enough pillows on the beds and the ones we had went flat very easy.
