Right down town Durango. About 1/3 the price of other lodging.

These condos are right near downtown and the train depot, so you can walk everywhere. Very close to the river trail too. The staff, especially Alex, are very friendly and accommodating as well.

Very close to everything.

Wonderful! We will definitely stay again.

Perfectly located and everything we needed for a great getaway!

The property is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the train station. Pricing was quite reasonable, beating the price of most hotels.
5.0
Excellent efficiency unit in the heart of downtown Durango. Close to the Railroad station and a short walk from the many Main Street restaurants.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. My only complaint was the “wrestling” that was going on upstairs. I am not used to apartment living, so it was a bit loud. Beautiful property and pleasant stay.

Biggest complaint is that this is not what is advertised. It is an old, out of date, Wyndham. It was described as Mountainside Resort. The picture is also not accurate.
Yes, the area is under construction (a little bit- didn't affect us) and is walkable to downtown, but it is overpriced for what it is. It's a bit dark and dingy. It does have a balcony and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is unacceptable and the living/kitchen is underwhelming.
I also prefer to speak directly with someone if I have questions. The property manager did communicate via their website, but it is very impersonal and ineffective.
And lastly, they make it seem like some big deal with check in, everything must match or you will be turned away, etc,. It is literally a hotel. Laughable. We did enjoy our stay in Durango but the accommodations were the biggest disappointment.

We spent 4 nights at Club Wyndham Durango and had a very pleasant experience. We were walking distance to train station and Main St which was so convenient. The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everyone at front desk was helpful, but Tom was a stand out, full of information and wanting to be sure we had all we needed. We would love to stay here in our next trip to Durango!

Location was even better than I thought. Only a few minute walk to the station for the DSNGRR excursion. Staff were great, from front desk to maintenance. Unit was small, but had separate bedroom, which was nice, but not what I saw when choosing it. I wasn’t disappointed, but just surprised.

Everything about this trip was fantastic. It is in a great location, the unit was super clean and COMPLETELY stocked (there was EVERYTHING we needed and then some!), the check in and check out was smooth and easy, EVERY single person working at the desk went above and beyond and were super friendly and helpful. We were given plenty of warning about potential noise from the train and construction, but we never experienced any noise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We stayed 3 nights at this property. Checking in was easy and friendly. We were caught off guard by a $12/day parking fee. We saw ear plugs available at check in, and knowing we were walking distance from the train station, we had concerns. Thankfully we were not bothered by the train noise. We only would hear a few quick whistles a couple of times per day. No ear plugs required. The location was very convenient for all we needed. This included our full day train excursion to Silverton and an incredible diner and music at the restaurant only yards away. We would definitely consider this property for future stays.

Our booking was a bit weird and confusing. We were booked on at the mountainside resort but when we put on the route to get there it took us to Wyndham resort where we were actually booked on but it was confusing.

Great for a couple. Adequate room to spread out. Comfy bed, small kitchenette, TV is a bit small. Construction was happening nearby but did not impact this unit. Great value and able to walk to downtown or ride to the river bike trail. Recommended!

The property was perfect for what we needed. The location was ideal. We could walk everywhere and we took the Durango Silverton train which was a three minute walk. The kitchen was equipped, laundry available and the bed was very comfortable. The woman at the front desk, Alex, was wonderful. She gave us recommendations on restaurants, places for a nice drink, places to go, sights to see and even supplied us with umbrellas when we encountered a brief rain. She was a gem.

I enjoyed the location and property. It’s a nice efficiency. Albeit, a littlle dated, the property was a great value, comfortable bed and well maintained kitchen. I would rent again.

We really enjoyed the property and the room. Very clean and pleasing. Bed was super comfortable. We used the rec area for our small party and had a blast playing pool, Foosball and playing poker at the large table. Thank you - we'll be back for sure.

Stayed for my grandson's graduation. Convenient location. Walking distance to downtown. Check in and out very easy. Very nice room. Construction outside and hot tub under construction was the only negative!

Love the location and accomodations. Have stayed in this building before and will for sure be back again. This unit was perfect for three people to use as a basecamp to explore Durango.

Nice location and nice facilities. We enjoyed our stay and everyone was easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay at the Wyndham. The room was super roomy and comfy for our week long stay. We had plenty of room for our ski gear and the king bed was perfect for relaxing. We also loved the hot tubs!
5.0
Loved the combo of a hotel feel for service, and other amenities like fitness center and hot tub along with the benefits of a VRBO such as the kitchen and separate bedroom. Also, liked not having to do any extra cleaning prior to leaving. Only thing we disliked was extra $12 a night parking charge. Front desk as well person who responded to my email questions were efficient and helpful. Front desk offered us coupons to nearby restaurant which saved us about $15.

I traveled to Durango early for my elk hunt. It was my wife’s birthday so she went with me a week early and flew home when I went to elk camp. It was the perfect place for us to stay and enjoy Durango!!

This property is within walking distance to Durango train station, shopping, food.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Free laundry with supplies!
We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub but the cover blocks the view when you take it off.

We were very happy with the accommodation and would definitely stay again for what we paid. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. We loved the location just on the edge of downtown and around the corner from the train depot. There was a lot of construction noise from across the street, but that was limited to the daytime when we were away and the property proactively notified us ahead of time about the construction. Otherwise, the place was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with basics needed to cook a simple meal. We didn't have the chance to use any of the on-site amenities, so can't comment on that.

Wanted a place where I could park the car and leave it. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very nice place with everything you need. If I travel to Durango again, this is where I'll stay.

Lovely, clean and perfect accommodation for our group 4. Walking distance to old town Durango and its shops and restaurants. But. . . . being old Colorado residents, we were so disappointed in what Durango has become. Just another gentrified piece of suburbia. Durango has lost its western character. It felt like Boulder.

The facility was exceptional clean with wonderful amenities including laundry. Easy parking and close to the train station for our trip on the Durango- Silverton train.

Beautiful, roomy and clean, plus location, location is perfect for shopping and dining.

Awesome place. All the amenities you would like. Convenience to downtown. We'll be back.
