About this apartment rental

Beautiful & fully stocked Condo with Rooftop Pool, Elevator, secure garage parking, beach, & shopping all just a few steps away! This 3rd floor end unit is beautifully remodeled with beach tones throughout. This condo is on the opposite side of the building as Coligny Plaza so it is quiet and relaxing on the porch. which has seating for 5 at the table and 2 lounge chairs to relax, read a book or have a cup of coffee. This condo is also handicap accessible and is 1 level inside the home.
N. Shore guests are also invited to freely use one of the ocean-front pools at Sea Crest(our sister condo) just across the street while enjoying a cold beverage & food from Pool Bar Jim's which is 1 of the beachside bars here in Coligny .
We live in the area and can be reached by phone, text or email if there is anything you many need.
Coligny Beach & Shopping is one of the most desirable locations. Walk or Bike to restaurants, shopping, music, nightlife, & the grocery store! Once you park your car, you don't ever have to get back into it until your vacation is over if you want. The beach is right across the street. On Hilton Head Island we have over 12 miles of ocean beach, 200+ restaurants, 30+ golf courses, nature preserves, parks, shops, Mini golf, and bicycle trails. Savannah & Beaufort is only 45 minutes away if you want to enjoy on a day trip of additional sight seeing.
This condo is Handicap accessible and has contactless check in. I will send you codes for the condo door entry along with the codes for the garage and elevator. There is a gated entrance to the parking garage where guests can park a maximum of 2 vehicles at no cost.
Our home has everything you need to have a convenient and comfortable stay including a well equipped kitchen, with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot as well as your pots/pans, dishes, even some basic spices. We do supply shampoo, conditioner, soap along with starter paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. There is lots of storage, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and more. Enjoy 100+ HDTV channels, free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix and more. We are on the 3rd floor, corner unit, which you can get to through the gated parking garage. Then enter the private code for the elevator or stairwells. There is a beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub for your enjoyment only 1 floor up on the 4th floor.
There are bike rental companies you can rent bikes for the whole family and lock them up in the bike racks in the garage. There is a ferry that will bring you over to Duffuskie Island for a day trip or many other boat adventures you can do while you are here. This property is exactly as pictured! Couldn’t have worked out any better for our family of five. The location to the beach and Coligny Plaza is to die for! Mere steps to everything! Rent bikes and bike or walk to everything. Perfect week away!

This visit to Hilton Head Island was for there annual Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K event. Each year my wife and I come down and compete in these events and we also rent condos researching the possibilities of buying and retiring in this area. This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood and love it. Everything you could think of is in walking distance. Restaurants and bars, grocery store's and a short walk to the beach. This is an awesome place for a vacation or a weekend getaway and if this property is available we will be back.

We love coming to Hilton Head during the summer but this time we wanted to take a mini vacation during Christmas holiday. Property was booked less than 24-48 hours of our arrival. The property was very clean, neat, and we loved that we were so close to different restaurants, grocery stores, and other stores. I would highly recommend booking this property to others and will book again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this villa, the decor is beachy and tasteful. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Very clean upon arrival and a nice large dining table for our Thanksgiving dinner! The location couldn’t be more perfect, across the street from both the beach and numerous restaurants, shops, and of course, ice cream! The only issue that needs improvement is lighting, several lights/lamps were in need of new bulbs. Would stay again!

This home is beautifully decorated, close to restaurants, and all kinds of shopping that is just across the street. Security is awesome! You don’t hear any noise tho even being so close. Half a block from the ocean. You couldn’t ask for any place better. Loved it!

Great time, very clean, great location! We ate some wonderful seafood! My only suggestions would be a rounded extended shower rod so when showering you’re not up against the shower curtain, and to put on fabric mattress protection as the plastic feels funny through the sheets. Would definitely stay here again though. Thanks for sharing your property!

The condo was not as clean as I would have liked. The photos show an interior that looks brand new, clean and shiny. That is not the case because the unit definitely shows wear and tear and could really use a fresh coat of paint. The location of the condominium complex was perfect. It is not beachfront but a very short walk to the beach and is right across the street from Coligny Plaza where there are many shops, restaurants, and bars. Several restaurants had live outdoor music which was fun. The pool and hot tub were top notch.

Easy walk to the beach and close to everything you need! The luggage carts make unpacking and packing up super easy. The property owner is a pleasure to work with. The home is comfortable and is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation!

Property was in good shape. No major issues. Unit needs a few light bulbs replaced but everything else was great. Kitchen was well stocked, and location was very convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach.

The good: great communication from property owner, location, true to description/pics, parking was ample and shaded. Home was comfortable with plenty of space. Not so good: multiple bulbs burned out, light switches were awkward and hard to decipher, towels were like sandpaper and no beach towels provided. More importantly, someone from maintenance (we assume) just randomly unlocked the coded door ( without knocking) one afternoon, walked in and dropped off a key and then walked out. Good thing we weren’t taking showers, changing etc.

Great place- very convenient, to beach and Coligny! We enjoyed the week. Only disappointment - the listing mentioned there were beach chairs. There were only 2 so we ended up having to buy some. Otherwise - awesome place and location! Just plan on bringing chairs.

The location of this condo is perfect! We could walk to the grocery store, numerous restaurants, shopping, the beach,etc. We flew into Savannah and rented a car but really didn’t use it much once we arrived. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. We loved the pool area. We enjoyed the expansive porch which is very private. The unit was very clean and worked well for my husband and I and our daughter, son in law and 19 month old granddaughter. The beach is across the street and a short walk away! This is our new favorite spot and great for families. We can’t wait to come back!

The property is right in the middle of everything. It is within walking distance to the Beach, the grocery store, shopping, restaurants and bars. Great location. We had a great time together, when you have family that live far away from each other, it was wonderful to be able to stay together in one location.

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The decor was a cute beach theme and the condo had all the necessities. The mattress in the master bedroom could stand replacing (unless you like soft with body divets), but it wasn't too bad. It is a great location - beach is across the street and is walkable to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Loved it!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and plenty big enough. The location was awesome as well. We parked the car and didn’t use it again until we left. Everything was within walking distance. The balcony was private and very nice. Watch the door to the balcony though, it will eat your knuckles trying to get the door open. That’s the only negative thing I would say. The place was awesome and we would definitely stay there again.

The location was outstanding and the cleanliness was top notch. I’ve stayed at many places in HH and this is one of the best I’ve been. You can’t beat the location to activities and the beach. It’s literally 600 steps to beach access. Bed is super comfortable in master bedroom and plenty of room in both bathrooms. Don’t forget to check out the pool and hot tub located just one floor above. I love that there were luggage carts and grocery carts right there in the covered parking. You can unload your car, take all your belongings upstairs in the carts and then return them to garage. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I can’t wait to stay again. 10 out of 5 stars.

Perfect place for our family get away. Super comfortable beds and sofa, well decorated. Location could not have been better! Right across the street from beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Bike rental a couple blocks away. We walked or biked almost everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

You could not get any closer to all the things you want to do. Great food and shopping at Coligny, which is steps away. Also you have sidewalks for walking through neighborhoods right there. The refrigerator wasn’t working but they had a smaller one for our use. There also was some trouble with one of the lamps - overall there was not much light in the apartment. Not enough trash bags. BUT, it was very quiet even so close to Coligny, tv worked great, and the porch was awesome. Worth a trip.

Great location, beautiful and clean condo. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed prior to our arrival that the refrigerator wasn’t working. A (very) small refrigerator was in the dining room so we knew owner was aware, but this would’ve been helpful information for us since we went grocery shopping for our entire stay just before checking in. We couldn’t fit everything and ended up not being able to keep leftovers and a few other things. I messaged owner, but never received a response during our stay. A few lights didn’t work,
