Furnished with a patio table and chairs, this is an ideal spot to catch a western sunset with big, bright skies as friendly neighbors pass by on evening walks or bike rides.
1st FLOOR:
Living room with seating for 7+; 50" smart TV ready for your favorite streaming channels. Kitchen with peninsula seating for three: Fully stocked with full-sized refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher + dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, and more! Bonus items include coffee, seasonings, etc. to make the space feel more like home.
Dining area: Seating for four, sliding door walks out to the patio and backyard
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 2 dressers and closet with built-in shelving + full-length mirrors
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 1 dresser and closet with built-in shelving + full-length mirrors
Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed with trundle bed underneath (3 total twin beds), includes 1 dresser, cubby area and closet with built-in shelving + full-length mirrors
Bathroom: Full bathroom including vanity, toilet and full tub/shower
BASEMENT LEVEL:
Family room with large sectional couch (sleeps 1-2 people), 65" smart TV and surround sound ready for your favorite streaming apps
Family room game area - includes air hockey table and cork dart board
Office: Parallel desks allow two spacious working areas and WiFi throughout the home makes being connected while away from home easier than ever
Bathroom: Full bathroom including vanity, toilet and shower
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer + all the essentials including an iron, ironing board and steamer.
BACKYARD:
Covered patio with outdoor seating including a couch, chair, coffee table and two barstools with bar. Includes use of Weber gas grill and propane fire pit. Step off the patio and you'll enjoy a fully fenced in yard shaded by the privacy of mature trees. Yard games provided including beanbags (corn hole) and a play area for little ones accessible by an angled rock-climbing wall and slide. Play area has rubber mulch for added safety and the treehouse has electricity should your younger one's be up for a 'camp out.'
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the home including the front of the home (featuring a front deck), interior of the home and the patio/backyard space. There is an attached single car garage, however it is NOT accessible to guests. Driveway can accommodate two standard sized vehicles. Our house is on a corner lot, so there is plenty of street parking as well.
