This was a perfect location close to Devil’s Bridge where my son got engaged. The property was perfect for my family to celebrate together. Definitely would recommend this house to others.

I was traveling from Oregon to southern Arizona and stopped in Sedona for a few days to see what the fuss was about. Sedona did not disappoint and neither did this gorgeous property. This home is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you need and it sits in a peaceful neighborhood against the red Sedona mountainside.
Shopping and hikes are walkable from the property.
I will definitely stay here again and recommend that you do too.

We loved staying at Marks in Sedona. The layout of the house was ideal, great rooms and common spaces. The views were beautiful and it was ideally situated. We could hike and mountain bike without having to drive anywhere. I hope I will be so lucky to stay there again.

Staid here with my brother, 7 year old son, and 83 year old father. Couldn't have been a nicer place to base our operations. Beds are comfy and bedrooms are spacious. Great family room for visiting and excellent TV for movies at night. Backyard was fantastic. Actually has a weber charcoal grill instead of the typical underpowered gas grill you find at rentals. Easy access to northside trails and a short drive to Uptown restaurants. Will definitely return when we head back to Sedona.

Beware of this host! They can ruin your vacation and they will try to make you pay for wear and tear of old carpet.
We were a group of four ladies, hiking buddies. There were no pets/other guests at the property. We spent 3 nights at this property in October 2023. We spend most of the time out hiking, then did barbecue and had dinner at the table. Everyone was practically only sleeping in their rooms. Our hiking gear remained in the car, we wore socks/slippers inside the house.
The house was in an acceptable condition, with only some minor things. The old drip coffee machine wasn’t working - no big deal, we know how to make coffee on the stove. There were some old stains on the carpet, the floors overall weren’t sparkling. Old worn down kitchen with the doors which didn’t close all the way. But we didn’t want to make any big deal out of it. Prior to leaving, we took out all the trash outside, loaded the dishwasher and I have a video of clean house at the time of our departure.
Myself and my friends enjoyed our stay until the host started making ridiculous accusations on the next day. She wanted us to pay for professional deep carpet cleaning, she sent a picture of some old broken chair claiming that it was my fault…ridiculous and unacceptable practice.
Do yourself a favor and choose a different place. The owners of this house will try to accuse you of some weird stuff. Rude and unprofessional.

The house was in a great location and very close to restaurant's, grocery stores, and walking distance to some really beautiful hiking trails. The house was clean and had lots of room with large bedrooms. The check in was smooth and the hosts were really easy to work with. My friends and I enjoyed the stay and would absolutely go back.

Wonderful time exploring Sedona for four women staying here as our home base! Spacious, comfortable house on a beautiful property within a quiet neighborhood. With stunning views right out the back door and accessible hiking paths, you won’t be disappointed. Great location with grocery store and other necessities about 5 minutes away. Comfortable beds and stocked kitchen, plus nice extra large master shower. Owner was very responsive to our questions and provided helpful info on the Sedona area, even suggesting restaurants for reservations. Don’t hesitate booking this property!

Loved the location. House was very. Lean. Beds were comfortable. Thank you for sharing!

The only thing I would add to the previous reviews is the lack of many kitchen “staples” like a can opener and strainer. If you are cooking - make sure you bring what you need.
We enjoyed our stay!

We were a group of 6 women looking for a comfortable getaway and a convenient location as base camp for a week of mountain biking. Mark and Claire’s house is super spacious, clean, and comfortable, plus had everything we needed to cook meals, clean clothes, and relax between big days on the trails (with the Adobe Jack trails right out the back door). There was plenty of space in the lockable double-car garage to build, work on, and break down our bikes, and a well-equipped backyard for watching sunrises. And all of the beds are super comfortable, with medium-firm mattresses (much appreciated for our sore tired bodies!). We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back! Thank you!
