Room was nice and comfy

We requested them to check in early but they didn't allowed at 12 or 1 o'clock we stayed outside almost 2 hours on hot day .

Staff, location, shelter. You may prolong your stay till the evening for the additional charge at the day of your check-out . It is VERY cool option.

Soundproof of the rooms is absent. Seems like you are sleeping in the corridor. At the night of my stay the speaker of fire alarm was broken and it constantly produced strange loud rumbling. Till it was fixed at midnight by security guy. There is NO COFFEE for the breakfast. You may order only some tea.

No emergency light during blackouts, easy to break ur legs at the staircase. Parking lot is always constipated.

Good location of hotel. Free parking. Not fare from metro station. Nice room with essentially bath things. Near cafe, chain store and other useful shops.

Staff is helpful, many cafe and lunch option are nearest, poor breakfast.

The room was very clean but breakfast was average. You have to reserve your breakfast option beforehand. The staff was helpful and friendly. The nearest area is good for lunch and fast food.

The breakfast was very poor. All the rest are normal, considering the price.

unpleasant hotel, many factors that will spoil the rest...

It was clean, that's the only thing I liked

there are a lot of negative factors that speak about the poor quality of service in this hotel ... I booked one room, and they offer me another one, the bed does not match the photo at all ... the room is very cold, they offered me an additional heater, it warms, but very spoils the already bad air in the room. the room is clean, but many things need immediate repair, the drain in the shower is clogged, the shower itself is very uncomfortable and the handle is leaking, as well as the fixture itself is faulty... Very poor soundproofing in the room, it is impossible to sleep, the noise is constant, especially in the morning. ..

Can’t recommend even for short stay, will never come back.

Reception is rude, I had breakfast included, asked for breakfast box as had early flight, and was refused in a rude way, receptionist told that breakfast is complementary, though on booking.com I had it in reservation. Room is not clean, very dusty with spots on curtains . Walls are very thin , you hear everything what is going on next door.
