Good value accommodation. Had a single room with separate toilet. Loved the sea view. You can hear the sea. The room was cosy. Toiletries, tea coffee and biscuits provided. Very good hearty breakfast included. Very friendly hosts. Felt safe here as a solo female traveller. Would definitely stay again.
There is road noise but didn’t stop me sleeping.

Nice little spot, great people and breakfast

Hosts were exceptional and very helpful, as you would hope for a guest house rather than a generic hotel. Breakfast was hot, varied and well presented. Parking was fairly easy (usually just a block away in term time). Location was as close to the beach as possible. Room was quiet despite the busy road on the front.
Decor a bit tired, issues with Broadband (which I was eventually given a workaround for), pillows were thin (didn't complain though). Hosts were in the process of reclaiming the hotel from the former management team, and painting the outisde, so might well be better next time.

Darren and Rebecca were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was really nice and the location is super convenient - on a sunny day one can see the glorious Bristol Channel from the breakfast room. The rooms were comfortable.

Very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was small, but had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!
I was looking forward to seeing the hanging baskets outside the property, but there were none ☹️

Clean, tidy, comfortable. Pretty close to the centre.
Breakfast was a little small and the sausage was poor. All other ingredients were good.

Hosts were exceptional. Great communication and happy to do anything for you. Good variety for breakfast, great hot food speedy service.
The property is tired and needs updating for the cost.
Would like fresh fruit as a breakfast option.

Great location and beautiful view of beach from bedroom. Rebecca and Darren were so welcoming and I can’t thank them enough for a lovely stay. My daughter was attending her brother’s graduation and had a last minute problem with her dress! Rebecca came to the rescue by mending the strap with a needle and thread! Good breakfast included in the price.

Lovely people run this comfy traditional guest house. It's position couldn't be improved, right on the front overlooking Swansea Bay, within an easy sea-front cycle to the Mumbles and beyond. My bedroom had an excellent view directly over the bay. It is clean and bright and really homely, with an excellent breakfast on offer. Get up early to nab the table in the window!
The only minor downside is parking which is a bit awkward. It's a bit expensive in the nearby public car park if you want to stay overnight and the rules for parking on the residential roads around are fiendishly complicated, although it's not too difficult to find a space. If at all possible, travel by train or coach!

Good central location to where we needed to be.
Friendly staff.
Lovely breakfast.
