Comfortable, convienent and friendly!
Great for group from work. And location was great. Lots of good facilities and communication from the host was exceptional.

Lovely place to spend a birthday weekend with family
Lovely house great location close to town centre and park. Everything you could need in the property plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. Spacious lounge and comfortable bedrooms. The games room was an added bonus too. Large patio area and garden with lovely surroundings and overlooking river which can be reached through garden gate. Excellent place to spend husbands 70th birthday with family

Despite a few niggles we had a wonderful stay and would book again.
Great location. Spacious rooms. Games room brilliant fun.
Needs a thorough clean. Kitchen cupboards, oven and pots and pans need cleaning. Used grill pan found on arrival. Double bed on top floor missing three slats so very uncomfortable but we made some alterations! Tatty curtains in some rooms. Asked not to wear shoes indoors however, carpets need a really good clean. Frosty reception from neighbours (but we were warned). Could do with extra seating in the main lounge - bean bags would do. Parking could be improved if wood store was relocated, (just a suggestion).

House Rules should have been explained early, put a dampener on about funny neighbours, room for 10, but the living room only sits 5. Should consider twin beds in some bedrooms
