Ambience great, as were the rooms, restaurant and service throughout are stay. Real sense that the staff were well trained, and attentive throughout are stay. We have stayed at other hotels in Boston, but the Lenox is the hotel we will return to on our next trip.

Returning to the Lenox Hotel is like coming home. Lovely staff, big, comfortable rooms, central location, good choice of restaurants with City Table and Sweeneys. I was given a Wellness room with an air purifier and the bed was super comfy with good pillows. I recommend the City Table for breakfast, very tasty and good size portions. Sweeneys was a good place for an afternoon drink with good "pub food". The Irving has some interesting cocktails; I especially liked the Cinnamon Girl. I highly recommend the Lenox Hotel and hope to return soon.

Lovely hotel. Great location, food in the restaurants was marvelous, great service and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Bed was great...had a bit of a bump but when I feel asleep it was a good sleep. Also, amazing umbrellas that were great for the rainy weather.Thank you!

Excellent service and location. But, frankly, this isn’t a 4-5 star hotel. First stayed here about 10 years ago, when it needed refurbishing; now, it needs a facelift. Loud internal workings in walls; mattress in need of replacing; tiny bathroom. I love vintage places, but this is too much.

Our go to hotel when in Boston. Have been coming here for several years. Service is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and dogs are welcome at no added fee! . Best of all are the Lindt chocolates on the pillows

Nice hotel, room good size, bathroom very old fashioned and needed updating, had a bath whereas a shower cubicle would be easier. Hotel entrance very dark and restaurant/bar closes early, whilst City bar was open until 2am and small not enough space for everyone to sit even in reception area!

The Lenox staff was very helpful and fun. The room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, and they provided a nice crib for us for our baby. There were lindt truffles on the bed when we came in and a nice filtered water station on our floor. Great experience

From the moment you step foot on the front step of this property it’s all amazing. The door men greet you so professionally and are very helpful. They have a car that will drive you where you need to go and offer such helpful advice during your travels. The lobby is beautiful with so much old character. The room was large and very nice. We had a corner room with 2 queen beds and a fireplace. Also a pull out couch. The gym is also quite nice. I highly recommended this property if you like old charm but it’s still clean and all modern amenities.

Booked The Lenox last minute as our plans changed suddenly on us. We had stayed at Boston Harbor Hotel the previous week and we loved it but location seemed a little far from popular attractions. The location of The Lenox is fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel is not modern but the welcome from the staff more than makes up for it. The Boston Public Library is next door!

My family and I stayed at the Lenox Hotel and I couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment we were greeted when leaving our car to the front desk staff everyone was so happy, joyful and helpful. The room was just like in the pictures everything we needed was there from iron, iron board, blow dryer. Location couldn’t have been better, we enjoyed nice walk everything was walking distance with many choices of restaurants to choose from.

doorman was fantastic!! incredibly helpful. best i have ever had and i travel alot the room was below par. for this kind of hotel the bathroom was small, i couldnt bend over in the shower. the AC was weak. the furniture old

We loved our stay as a family of 5 at the Lenox so much. The hotel is beautiful, and the location in Back Bay was perfect. You are a 20 minute walk to Fenway in one direction and walkable (1 mile or so) to the Freedom Trail and to so many sites in the other. Beautiful Newbury Street is a block away and there are so many restaurants and shopping options steps out of the hotel. The Boston Library is across the street as well. The concierge desk was always so helpful and the housekeeping impeccable each day. We will recommend to friends and family! Lovely experience from start to finish.

Perfect location by Newbury St for shopping and only 20 minute walk from Fenway. Hotel staff were superb and room was quite spacious and nice. Highly recommend!
